In a way we are all speculating, because while we know they are up to no good. It would be impossible to completely be certain of their end goals and most importantly their goal number or dates.
But I am leaning towards a mixed bag approach, some "vaccines" sterilize, some kill or make significant damage long term, some shot term, some saline just to confuse everyone and not blame it easily on the vaccines.
I think most people who are not vaxxed will seek other non vaxxed partners because they know sterilization or cross infection is an issue, so probably the odds will be slightly better than 99% for reproduction, of course this open up another issue of how to be certain a partner was not vaxxed! My thinking is that, not only will they give booster shots, but 2nd and 3rd booster shots to include for all the "variants". When that happens over several years, and the majority of world population taking some shots, with some being fake, other real poison, other sterilizing, other long term brain damage etc... it will be hard to pin point what killed them.
