I keep thinking Harold Hillman may be the best "in" for normies on this topic. Despite him not ever even getting to the question of viruses, he showed how all the techniques used in the "identification" of viruses are fraught with assumption and are not fit for the purposes microbiologists put them to.
He said sub-cellular fractination is too destructive to be used on biological cells, yet it is a core process still used today. He said electron microscopes are simply NOT SUITABLE for examining biological cells. He basically said microbiology since the electron microscope's introduction is basically a write-off.
So it's much bigger than just viruses. We don't know everything there is to know about biological cells at all. And much of what we do "know" is dubious as fuck.

With regards the flimsy doors: the argument goes that they would have used heavy metal doors at the time, like they had on the fumigation chambers for clothes, but they were removed.
The problem is the walls in the alleged gassing chambers / shower rooms that would have supported those doors were very thin partition walls, added in after the building was complete, and could not support much weight.
You have to specially construct walls to be strong enough to hold those style of heavy metal doors. The fumigation building was especially constructed for that purpose (gassing the clothes to kill lice) and so could support the doors.
This stuff about the thin walls was only noticed recently by an Italian engineer studying the plans, obviously many years after the Zundel trial.

Indeed, there are many publications claiming that the virus has been isolated. This claim is usually in the title of the article, in the introduction or in some press release. However, if you look at the methodology section of the publication in question – and THAT is what you should do when you read a scientific paper – you can immediately see that none of the actual requirements that meets the criteria of isolation have ever been fulfilled.
They say they haven't even opened every box. Imagine if they found an earlier copy than the Russian translations that appeared in the early 19th century. It's remote chance, likely the archive was actually checked, but you never know. It may have been so long, and the origin buried so hard, that no zionist though to go through this archive prior to opening it up and removing any copies that may be there.
I think they consider the postulates "out-dated" because they can't consistently meet them as often as they'd like. The postulates were getting in the way of discovering (and profiting from) new deadly viruses. In the methodology section of the paper you linked you can see they used the tried and tested method of assuming the virus was present and the cause of disease before progressing with the "isolation" - if one adhered to koch's postulates that assumption could not be made, and therefore the "isolation" of the virus would fail.
