There are so many publications claiming that it has been isolated.
Indeed, there are many publications claiming that the virus has been isolated. This claim is usually in the title of the article, in the introduction or in some press release. However, if you look at the methodology section of the publication in question – and THAT is what you should do when you read a scientific paper – you can immediately see that none of the actual requirements that meets the criteria of isolation have ever been fulfilled.
Unfortunately no viron particle has ever been isolated. Read some papers about it, interestingly as well, there hasn't been many contagion studies. It's one of the most maddening phenomena's. A lot of sanitation is about terrain theory, they check for bacteria because it shows how dirty the surface is.
Spain's Ministry of Health said this in reply to a FOIA request -
The Ministry of Health does not have a SARS-CoV-2 culture for testing, and it does not have a registry of laboratories with culture and isolation capacity for testing.
It doesn't exist in real life. It only exists on a computer screen. The only part of the "virus" that a human being can be exposed to is the spike protein, courtesy of the killshots.
The methodology has been questioned

Punch in Dr Tom Cowan and he explains how they supposedly did it
