What is this article, lol

I wonder if "misinformation" would still be a problem if people weren't retarded?

Yeah, I think he cut a deal right around the time of the first "assassination attempt". Ain't no way the secret service let so much hardware get so close and all of them failed. It's for show.

That has always been the case. The issue is that the government is now killing people intentionally. They went from telling citizens that they were not allowed to take their own lives to deciding who lives and who dies based on the feeling of the immigrants we import to be doctors.

The government has no business getting involved in any of this. At most, they should waive investigations into deaths where the deceased has filed a clear intent to die with the local police.

Few things:

TD is the 10th largest bank in the US, is a Canadian bank, and is paying the biggest fine in US history.

It is hilarious that, after being busted conspiring with the CPP to launder drug money, they appoint a Chinese CEO to clean up the mess.

Also, for reference, while this bank was allowing money to be laundered in support of fentanyl traffickers, the Canadian government was ordering them to seize the assets of small business owners who were protesting Covid mandates. Fentanyl killed more people in my city than Covid from 2020-2022.

Where do banks get the money to pay these fines?

Considering how weather control is admittedly real, while global warming seem to have no evidence supporting it, does anyone elae wonder if climate change was a cover for weather experiments all along?

Half truth. Section 230 needs to be reformed to make it consistent.

If a social media company is a service provider for speech, fine. They should be shielded from liability so long as they take reasonable steps to remove illegal content. But, at the same time, they should be required by law to host legal content without discrimination.

If they want to pick and chose what stays up, they are, in fact, a publisher and should be legally liable for anything and everything on their website.

I agree, and I think this should clearly extend to software as well. If software is sold that requires access to a server, for example, and the company stops supporting it, they should be required to release the tech specs that would allow anyone to run their own server.

There was a huge push in the 2000s to equate patents/trademarks/copyrights as property, even though they're actual special government granted monopolies. That being the case, there should be some responsibility on those who the government grants these extrordinary legal rights.

While it would be nice if companies had to continue to maintain their products, I don't think that would be legally enforceable and it would be simpler all around to just release their monopolies and let people do what they like.

Science: creates exoskeleton that allows the lame to walk

Exoskeleton: breaks down

The Lame: WHAT HAS SCIENCE WROUGHT!?!

Edit: Call me an extremist but, if I were bound by a cybernetic relationship to a machine, I might take the time to learn how to fix it myself. At least a "minor battery issue".

Ford must have any spare part I might need in stock with the price equivalent to the price of that part in 1970

More realistically, companies should not be allowed to hold their patents if they stop supporting the product so that third parties can produce and sell the parts.

Did you know there's secret Satanic messaging in the Unix kernel? You should go review the whole thing on my word alone.

What conspiracy is involved here? Churches absorbed holiness from the sky, before we became wicked? Is Big Film involved?

Isn't there an "Ask Scored" sub for stuff like this?

Exactly, why didn't Alabama do this years ago? This way they can say "Look, we're trying to block illegals but the DoJ won't let us".

Controlled ops all the way down.

1
WeedleTLiar 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why is Alabama only acting now? They had years to do this but they wait until they're open to a lawsuit?

I can't agree that the CDC "admitted" anything when they haven't made a public statement, and I'd like to see RFKs transcript released, if this actually happened. I doubt it did, because it's something I'd love to believe.

As Slay News has previously reported, America’s Amish communities have not suffered any rise in Autism cases.

What else don't the Amish have? TVs. I'm more inclined to believe that behavioural issues are caused by a factor that directly affects behaviour rather than something tangential. Vaccines are more likely to cause things like auto-immune disorders and allergies, but who knows?

Not unexpected.

First, the SS lets some kid, for several hours, fly a drone over the field where Trump is supposed to give a speech. Then the kid gets on top of a roof that's so low and close that people in the crowd can pick him out, and the SS still does nothing. Then he misses Trump from something like 100 yards away and gets shot so he can't tell any tales.

And then it happened again.

Definitely setting off my WTF-meter, though I'm less concerened about Trump planning it than I am with the SS assisting.

And Israel has been bulldozing houses for 20, what's your point?

Are you suggesting Hezbollah is allied with the government of Lebanon? If so, was there a declaration of war? Or is Israel carrying out illegal operations on the soil of foreign countries, as usual?

Remember: Israel's forever wars are America's forever wars. Once they start, they don't stop.

When judging Canadians, it's important to understand that we are a country of soy cucks living off the strength of a handful of total mad lads like this gentleman.

Those are the two cultures of our multiculturalism.

If Trump isn't in on this, how is he not dead? The last guy had a clear shot under 100 yards and this guy had 12 hours to wait for a shot...and they both missed?

Running theory is they're trying to provoke some Rightoid to attack Kamala or some other Democrat so they can justify "fortifying" the election.

3
WeedleTLiar 3 points ago +4 / -1

Man, if these guys weren't Hezbollah before, they sure as shit are now.

It's almost as though Israel was intentionally creating enemies because, whenever they're attacked "without provocation", they get trillions in foreign aid.

But that would be anti-semetic...

1
WeedleTLiar 1 point ago +2 / -1

Think bigger. If the first attack was fake, then the SS/CIA was involved, which means Trump has make a deal (ART OF THE DEAL) with the Deep State.

Before this, I figured it was supposed to solidify the Trump base, and that he had been picked as the next prez, but now I think they're trying to provoke a "far-right" backlash. They're going to put Kamala in.

2
WeedleTLiar 2 points ago +3 / -1

Trump cut a deal with the Deep State. Said Deep State faked an assassination attempt to solidify his base, immediately before pulling their Sleepy Joe-bot in favour of the less likable alternative, because they want him to win, because he's now in their pocket.

They don't talk about it because they know that media coverage of these things causes copycats and they don't want someone to actually take him out.

and copyright, which used to be a reasonable legal procedure to protect ideas and creations

Lol, lmao even.

At best, you have the Statue of Anne which was supposed to stop big (((publishing houses))) from printing and selling copies of books, brought to them by authors, for their own profit. That didn't work because big organizations will always be able to use laws against small organizations or individuals. All it did was solidify the market model of "intellectual property", which clearly doesn't work without special government monopolies.

Do we need copyright law at all?

Do youtubers care? They get money almost immediately and, generally, reposters only get away with it so long as fans don't realize what they're doing; if they know, they'll use the original channel.

Do movie/game studios care? Yes, but fuck em, they haven't made anything worthwhile in decades. They squat on their IPs (that they didn't create) and use them to push political narrarives. Copyright law enables this, rather than incentivises them to make new works. If we didn't have copyright laws, we would have definitely seen a decent Star Wars movie (made by actual fans) in the last 10 years.

How about smaller authors/musicians? Doesn't seem to make much difference. They rarely make money off direct purchases; it's all donations and merch.

The "buy a physical copy of my work" model was never tenable and the internet has shown there were always better alternatives. Copyright law obfuscated these alternatives and allowed the publishers to not only make their own copies, but force small authors to sell their rights in order to get published at all (makes sense) to give the big guys all the leverage and profit.
