It's c/Christianity, and one of the devil's most effective tricks is convincing people he doesn't exist. We are all for rationality anytime you want to compare who has the more illogical fairy story.
The idea that an inverted pentagram is some evil occult symbol was made up by occultists in the mid 19th century.
Absolutely right that this is when it got out into the open. Good historians do need to read between the lines, and here recognize that alchemists had for centuries prior been using the pentagram with a broad variety of symbolisms in relation to physical stars and so it is probable that the upright/inverted paradigm to mean good/evil arose some time before it was published. Of course lots of other crazy groups had the pentagram before it was coopted by the devil in one orientation, so it's pretty public-domain of a symbol now.
As I pointed out in other recent comments, the real use of pentagrams was to express the states and their leaders as superhumans, angelic apotheoses in human form who couldn't admit publicly that's what they aspired to (except in symbolic places like the Capitol rotunda ceiling artwork). There was syncretism between godly service to Christ, and superpower manifest destiny in uncountable heavens. Only God can sort out the details in human hearts.
The devil has only gotten into pentagrams recently; their first use was a Pythagorean symbol of health, hygiene, and harmony, and was a positive theistic philosophy. From there they became a symbol of Jerusalem while it still had strong old-covenant people in it, when it was strongly turned from its idolatry and ready to receive a Messiah. It was only by centuries of tweaking that the devil brought the inverted form around to typically represent him, and he still hasn't claimed the upright form in most people's minds. But everything the devil claims has been stolen and we have no need to regard a symbol as impure to us just because the impure use it typically without our knowledge. Instead, recognize that evil people use it to communicate with each other, learn the difference between those comms and sincere people meaning pure thoughts, and call out the evil done.
It is possible to claim any symbol whatsoever as corrupted, and it is possible to redeem any symbol whatsoever for the pure.
There was lots of Freemasonry, lots of questionable syncretism, and we cannot judge the founders as if we know the states of their hearts; God knows. We can judge that they gave us a great system that is still alive today, and that system is still formally subject to "our Lord" in whose year 1787 it was Constituted. If they worshipped the devil, God will judge them. If they laid the seeds of our destruction, they utterly failed because those seeds still haven't borne fruit, and I'm one American who will never be destroyed.
It's more balanced to say the devil had infiltrators then and now, and he (not the constantly shifting Masons and other Illuminati) has always been the unifying plan, with a constant result of failure. We overturned the first three central banks in this country, and we are now emboldened to overturn the fourth, the Fed. Jehu destroyed Baal worship in his generation, and we can do the same. So however badly these dudes were messed up is not ours to judge: when government fails it's our job "to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for [our] future security", just as these fine folks said.
TLDR: We can use symbols for both good and bad, and thus these symbols are loaded with both kinds of ambiguous meaning and should not be taken either as proof of total innocence or as proof of total malfeasance.
God uses 13 to mean what goes beyond 12: 12 is God (3) working with man (4) and 13 is superabundance of this harmony, as with the 12 tribes counted as 13 (Joseph broken into Manasseh and Ephraim), a pattern on which the 13 colonies followed. The devil uses 13 to mean disharmony, misfortune, symbolized by Judas at the Last Supper of 13; but God willed for Judas to betray Jesus so that the sins of mankind would be atoned for, so the devil's plans are always lesser and incomplete compared to God's. The US uses 13 to refer to itself with these mixed motives. For Q followers, I've always seen 17 primary feathers on each wing, but I don't think this was ever formally specified.
The glory (yellow/gold here) and cloud (white/silver) represent God surrounding us, but this can also be taken to refer to any counterfeit god (and the Vatican claims the same colors and gets the same dichotomy). The constellation represents that we humans have heavenly destiny like the angels, and it being new indicates that the heavens are being shaken; these are generally statements of pride. The stars are pentagrams forming a larger hexagram, and both symbols are broadly used around the world although the hexagram has had specially association with Judaism (but only recently, not at the time this was adopted in the 1780s). Pentagrams and hexagrams were not originally associated with physical stars, which were originally conceived of as balls ("kochavim") of light, like the sun and moon; instead polygrams were symbols of Pythagorean geometry that originally took root to mean health and hygiene, though that symbolism is largely lost now except insofar as angels guard health.
"E pluribus unum" is a quote from Virgil and does not mean the preservation of individuality but actually its loss, as many colors of foods are crushed together into a salad and become one new color without individuality. The other quotes on the seal are "annuit coeptis" and "novus ordo seclorum" and are also from Virgil with a meaning relatively contrary to their common mainstream meanings.
The bald eagle is an unclean scavenger (the Gadsden rattlesnake is also unclean) to indicate readiness for predation in war. It is splayed primarily for artistic purposes rather than indicating awkwardness, though it's true this can be regarded as frontal aggressiveness.

Building megaliths: most days I assume that ingenuity, labor, and structures were sufficient. Some days I entertain skepticism. I didn't form an opinion at the time, I was not awake enough until the 1995 Murrah bombing. In retrospect without considering it much, it appeared these were both dry runs where the purpose was both practice and, if possible, to destroy evidence and frame terrorism narratives. I find that Khazar is uncertain but Andras Rona-Tas does connect it through qasar and Kesar to Caesar. Add: This etymology for Khazar also agrees with my study of how the Czars accepted that title as granted to externals by the waning emperors.
I've studied Arnold Fruchtenbaum, who argues that the Kaisers (succeeded by the conquering US) and the Czars (now Russia) perpetuate the East-West schism and are the two legs or feet of Nebuchadnezzar's statue.
