Rev. 17-18 clearly describes an international banking system that propels merchandise of all kinds, partly directed by cyberneticists (Greek word translated "shipmaster" in KJV), and it culminates with human trafficking (buying and selling bodies and souls of men). This continues today and has never fallen; it is currently led by the US but other countries are asserting significant shares too.
However this is the economic power, while the political power continues to be the successors of Daniel's fourth beast (Dan. 7), also represented by the legs and feet of the dream statue (Dan. 2). Arnold Fruchtenbaum argues cogently that this is the East-West successor of the divided Roman empire. Caesars were called in the West Kaisers and in the East Czars. (Also Khazars, but in the 10th century they were conquered and absorbed by the line of czars in Kiev.) The successor to the Kaisers is their conqueror, the US, and the successor to the Czars is Russia.
This world power will divide ten ways, and analysis of the Club of Rome's "Turning Point" document indicates these are now the three major markets (US, UK, Japan), the five BRICS, and the pan-African and pan-Arab blocs. In this case no single nation is big enough to accomplish all Satan's goals, but the UN is broad enough to.
9/11 is big but not big enough for the whole of Rev. 17-18: it's only their dress rehearsal. I'm confident we will get declass about 9/11 in the next three years; if I'm wrong then I'll need to revisit the issue of whether 9/11 is bigger than I thought. I don't think 1993 was intended to succeed, it was a dry run for what was largely successful on 9/11 in terms of the organizers' goals. Every drop of blood will be accounted for.
I didn't form an opinion at the time, I was not awake enough until the 1995 Murrah bombing. In retrospect without considering it much, it appeared these were both dry runs where the purpose was both practice and, if possible, to destroy evidence and frame terrorism narratives. KSM was demonized long before UBL.
I don't see it as written that the bombers' plan "could have worked" but only failed due to such an important detail as parking location. Even when I set off a bug bomb for pest control I know better than to leave its location suboptimal in my haste.
I'll grant I haven't spent enough time reviewing 1993 and am open to more detail. Maybe ping me from the other thread if there's something I need to see. Lord willing declassification will reveal all.
