there have been many expeditions to the north pole, and there is a south pole station which many people have gone too. and no, it's not a "secret protected continent". it's a protected sanctuary for wildlife as well as a neutral place where countries decided never to "take" or conquer

. north pole is a bit easier to get to since it's not AS harsh weather wise and are glaciers you can get through.

the south pole is on the continent of antarctica and has a bit more harsh of a climate at times, so it's harder to do expeditions. Plus it's not a glacier, therefore anyone with a boat can't go down there.

There is a thing called south pole station, and tons of pictures of the geographic south pole. you guys dont want to believe it because you have this odd obsession with BELIEVING the earth is flat. really unhealthy. but since you are going to be a lazy ass, here are some pics. not that you will click on them anyway.
