I've done more than a bit of offshore sailing; you can sail to Antarctica, (one of their pet theories gone) sail around Antarctica (another one gone) which has been a regular and organized race for a long time, with log books available. Simple time and speed measurements allow distance to be calculated, destroying all their theories.

Crypto certainly wouldn't make me feel fine, but I'm still wishing I had spent $1,000 on it when I first heard it existed and it was pennies or less, per my first impulse. The anti-inflammatory properties balance that out without the harm caused by too much cortisol.
Very few people have too little cortisol, or excess thyroid hormone. Those with both should obviously stay away from this herb.
