Blunting cortisol will blunt your body's response to inflammation.

Cortisol causes all sorts of problems.

The anti-inflammatory properties balance that out without the harm caused by too much cortisol.

Very few people have too little cortisol, or excess thyroid hormone. Those with both should obviously stay away from this herb.

Not that complicated a concept, really.

increases T3 and T4 thyroid hormones, blunts cortisol,

These are all good things.

Although how much to take and how often is a different thing.

Herbs can be used effectively, but do require some knowledge. Ashwaganda works a lot better in combination with Boswelia (same thing as Frankincense in the Bible) and Turmeric. They're all anti-inflammatories. Inflammation is the root cause of a huge % of human disease, and also a symptom of many.

Indeed!

I try not to be such an old fuddy duddy that I have to disapprove of your own stated use of AI. Your ability to not fall into OP's trap helps! With writing code being an even more obviously great application for the technology.

It's a terrible substitute for human creativity or interaction. As a musician, I'm perhaps more sensitive to this than most.

people can be made to believe anything by having the AI models start saying it. That conspiracy theory is probably real, lol.

I've already seen that happen to two people on .win

Kinda scary watching it happen, although I can't say either was especially bright to begin with

I engage with Jack a bit, just to see how he would engage with new information. In short, he short circuited instead of being the reasonable person he claimed to be. I've done more than a bit of offshore sailing; you can sail to Antarctica, (one of their pet theories gone) sail around Antarctica (another one gone) which has been a regular and organized race for a long time, with log books available. Simple time and speed measurements allow distance to be calculated, destroying all their theories.

Jack wasn't willing to think even that much through, lol. (There is no ice wall)

You're a very patient man!

There used to be an active FE community here, run by one guy who professed to be open minded. I think it was c/flatearthresearch

Did you ever see that? It was formed in the wake of this .win kicking out FE as a topic, I forget how many years ago.

Agreed. Our visible sky defies his concept pretty well. Add flight (even without any beyond our own atmosphere) and it becomes inconceivable. (At least to me, right now)

Lol

He always does that.

Except on the rare occasions when he cracks a joke. Which is (inexplicably) usually pretty funny.

If it weren't for that he would have failed every Turing test I've put to him. (He's often accused of being a bot)

I would suggest that the things you've done indicate you think the topic is VERY worthwhile. You apparently disagree with some of what it says, and considering your success you might have insight to share about why.

Lots of people have found it interesting enough to discuss. It's ok if you don't, I guess.

It's the end of the world

as we know it

Crypto certainly wouldn't make me feel fine, but I'm still wishing I had spent $1,000 on it when I first heard it existed and it was pennies or less, per my first impulse. I didn't understand it then, couldn't find anything I'd consider to be solid info, and still can't. Have never touched the stuff but I wouldn't have had to handle it very well to wind up a millionaire.

as bad as flat earth is as a conspiracy, "hollow" / "concave" earth is even worse.

If the claim is we're inside the hollow earth, it certainly is!

SicSemperTyrannis2 2 points ago +2 / -0

I knew more about this in 1990 than you've learned yet.

SicSemperTyrannis2 2 points ago +2 / -0

You can't comprehend what you read, "condemning kikes" has nothing to do with anything I've said.

You can't participate in online conversation because you can't comprehend what you read; or, if you ever do, you pretend not to. That doesn't bother you because honesty means nothing to you.

2
SicSemperTyrannis2 2 points ago +2 / -0

A tautology.

And irrelevant.

Those who control money care about controlling money.

Those you correctly complain about because they control money do so because that's what they care about, whether they happen to have any speck of jew in their ancestry or not.

SicSemperTyrannis2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Has nothing to do with anything I like or don't like. You're more aligned with Muslims than anything else. Your worldview is Muslim. Your influences are Muslim. And you grow more Muslim in these areas; not quickly, you don't grow or learn anything quickly, but you are progressively getting more Muslim while you abandon the Christian Faith.

2
SicSemperTyrannis2 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's about money.

Not religion.

The jews you like to complain about give no fucks about religion, only money.

Amazing that you need to be told this.

2
SicSemperTyrannis2 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're converting to Islam, just more gradually than expected.

You have no Faith.

2
SicSemperTyrannis2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nothing.

Absolutely nothing at all.

The Bible makes no mention of the internet, chat rooms, nor moderating an internet chat room.

To try to transfer Biblical precept about governing Nations to such trivial matters is beyond the pale.
