Yeah it hasnt been of any benefit only to the mayors governors and whomever they support. I believe that part of the issue is that the people looked at the whole of America as one instead of each state individually. That we may have had a problem forming in California years ago but its not too bad because the majority of the other states are still run well.
Only thing I can think of is Red state Moratoriums on allowing people to move if they are from a blue city. SF has these young transplants that moved in voted blue because they care and leave once they are tired of the consequences they caused. Let them sit in it .

On views in America I was speaking to an older lady in the neighborhood the other day shes late 70s . Her family moved in prior to the great migration of blacks. I finally got her to accept a few days ago that there is potential for them being a factor in the increase in disease/illness but she wanted to see statistics on it.
