So both answers are true. When the Earth is suspended within the container of time, the curvature of time itself causes the Earth to appear round (which is an illusion that is caused by the force of gravity itself). But in the eternal dimension where the force of time is suspended, once you suspend time all matter "flattens out" and so once the Earth enters back into the eternal plane, it flattens out.
