Since the 1960s, the West has moved ever-leftwards. 'Equality' and ‘feelings’ are central to the New Religion that rejects all traditional values. Yet beneath the institutionally dominant ‘Left’ stews a growing and restless ‘Right’. How has this fractured situation come about? What will the future hold?

In The Past is a Future Country, the authors trace it back to the Industrial Revolution. Darwinian selection massively weakened, meaning that, for the first time in history, the selfish, sick and stupid could survive and reproduce, undermining our religious, group-oriented culture. Now the West is scourged by an epidemic of narcissists, competing to signal their individuality and moral superiority. But their ‘fight for equality’ is really a fight for self-promotion. Reflecting this runaway individualism, Westerners increasingly don’t have children, save for those who are genetically resistant to this onslaught ― the staunchly conservative and religious: the eventual inheritors of the earth.

But there is a dark storm brewing in the demographic data that the authors have analysed. There is a burgeoning growth in the population of exceptionally unintelligent and antisocial people that social welfare systems cannot sustain for much longer. The developed world will pass away, and the global population that depends on it will crash, in the greatest Malthusian Collapse of all time. Yet all is not lost. The authors show how a resistant class of intelligent, religious conservatives will band together to preserve enclaves of civilization that may survive most of the coming apocalypse, and from its ashes rebuild a new world: A Neo-Byzantium.

You don't think confirmed proof of major election fraud is important?

I did a reverse image search, and as I said there wasn’t much. I’d be happy to read any links about it you can find.

I searched and all I could determine is that it was a wish list from a small group of eco nuts. Obviously it’s crazy, but it’s government policy (yet).

There's no way a small drone flew from Ukraine to Moscow. Air defenses are not designed to intercept small, slow, low-flying objects launched from maybe a mile away.

I believe these were debunked when they first circulated circa 2008. That's not her.

The image of Freeh is not from the Post article, but he does seem to have only one eye.

No, but it amounts to whataboutism. If what Trump did was so dangerous, why didn't Biden reverse it two years ago? And it there any evidence that it would have prevented this crash? The fucking train was told by dispatchers to keep going for like 20 miles after they knew the fucking wheels were on fire. What does that have to do with Trump?

I followed Webb for a while years ago, but stopped. He often seemed to have some interesting bits of info, but I never got a sense that it all added up. He never seemed to step back and connect the various dots.

I get your point, but sometimes persuasion does work. There are many ex-leftists around.

the vaxxes made certain of their cells produce spike proteins seemingly forever.

Is this true? I thought it was generally believed that the vaccines wore off after some number of months. Hence the “need” for “boosters."

There's a lot of truth here, but Reddit is still fun and a worthy site on which to battle leftism. You can’t do that in the major subs, which are either totalitarian leftist or apolitical, but there are many smaller subs that are based.

I know, I just don't the Soros and the IDF are the same entities, just partial allies sometimes.

2
Kimball_Kinnison 2 points ago +3 / -1

How do you know this is the IDF? Seems like something Media Matters (or whatever they call themselves now) would do.

True, but we need to be careful. I'm convinced that a lot of the bullshit we are seeing is intentionally provocative. What the left wants is for patriots to turn to violence, and then they'll have an excuse for a major crackdown. So we have to work smartly and legally.

Removing Twitter from the App Store never made sense to me, given that they carry TikTok, Telegram, and Truth Social. Many thousands of companies use Twitter for marketing communications, all of whom would freak out if Apple did that. I think the "rumor" may have been wishcasting by some anti-Musk leftist.

2
Kimball_Kinnison 2 points ago +3 / -1

Yeah, maybe. But it may be more complex than that. Musk taking control of Twitter is certainly not in the interests of the part of the Deep State that promotes the DNC/globalist narrative. They seem to be aligned with the leftists screaming for more censorship. But perhaps there are Deep State factions? Musk seems in tight with parts of the military.

I would also not freak out about the neural implant. They want to test it on paralyzed volunteers. That's quite different from "implanting your kids."

So a lefty Twitter account attacks Musk? Big surprise. They hate having their control of the narrative threatened.
