I wish people would give equal scrutiny to covid-19 death counts.

From my local news site: "The state’s Department of State Health Services lifted its pause on the vaccine on Saturday morning after determining that its benefits outweigh the risks."

So in other words: "People will still get blood clots...but you're unlikely to get them yourself so take the damn vaccine."

I think even before that the average American had at least rudimentary survival skills.

Today a lot of millennials are too scared to even order a pizza with a phone call.

I'd like to know how many comments the second post has one day later. I bet it will be far less than the circle jerk in the first post.

I bet all five of the ones in the first hour were "This is a perfectly normal reaction to the vaccine. It's much better than dying from Covid, so chin up and don't regret it!"

Thinking I should buy bottles of Vitamin C and D next time I go shopping in case they decide to ban them.

(Though I prefer to get my Vitamin D from being outside)

They want us to stay at home; that's not far from banning sunlight.

"There's not going to be a vaccine passport you conspiracy nut!"

...

"Well of course there need to be vaccine passports because conspiracy nuts should be forced to vaccinate!"

"Anymore."

I seem to recall the Branch Covidians pushing pictures of people suffering from extreme cases of Covid around social media to scare us into following their rules.

Now when we show them extreme cases of people suffering from vaccinations, they say "Well that's not happening to most people!!! Just take the damn vax!"

Hypocrites.

This verdict sends a terrible message that Marxism has influenced the courts and the juries; that political figures can successfully advocate for a verdict, and that the justice system is not impartial."

And the left's response to this: "Cope harder you bootlicker! Your tears are delicious!"

I'd like to see the case become high profile too. If the University wants to play hard ball, put them under the spotlight. Maybe some frendos who were once donating to them will stop.

2020: "Stroke? Covid. Heartattack? Covid. Car crash? Covid."

2021: "Car crash? Car crash. Stroke? Natural causes. Heartattack? Cancerous cells all over the body that weren't there last month."

They are; and a judge ruled the mandate legal.

It's definitely not over in Austin. Between this year and last, Travis county has lost, at most, less than a fraction of a percent of its population to "Covid deaths." Yet everyone in Austin, except in some parks and based neighborhoods, is wearing a mask even if they're out for a walk alone.

If you ask someone here why the death count is so low, they'll tell you it's because of masks social distancing...yet in the same breath they'll say the mandates are only still in place because of too many people not doing either.

And since it's not fashionable to track deaths under the Biden administration, the local news has come up with other material. Today's headline for example: More Texans would vote for a Hollywood actor than Abbott for governor.

There is indeed a risk to the public: The risk of the public having their guns taken away from them.

I'm disappointed there's no comments section. I like reading stuff like "Your study is totally misleading. First, you're not using a triple-blind-random trial with more than 500 subjects. Furthermore you're not accounting for the 0.2% variance of the pH levels of the ribosomic particles in a typical outdoor air density of a 64 degree day. Finally your conclusions do not dispute other findings which clearly demonstrate the benefits of masks."

I remember seeing a picture of such a warning...and the left had every excuse under the sun for it...."Well they're just protecting themselves from frivolous lawsuits!" "Don't use that brand of mask" "It's a photoshop" and the ultimate fallback: "Just wear the damn mask you selfish bigot!"

Nobody under 16 can get a vaccine??? Oh no!!! They're practically walking dead!!!

Better up that mask count from 2 to 4 just to be safe...anyone know where I can get masks for infants?

Doing just fine without an iPhone. And if Android tries to pull any shit then I'm rooting my phone and deleting all the apps that don't belong.

Five years from now: "I just don't understand why cutting out more vitamins isn't helping. Let's try increasing the portions of kale in their meals and remove all other sources of protein entirely. Tell the dairy farm we won't need milk anymore."
