So, you are claiming people have to be either completely right about everything or completely wrong about everything? I think you are overthinking it.

Of course people can wrong about one thing and not wrong about another.

It's not called cognitive infiltration, it's called being human.

If govts decide to crack down, won't most opportunities to use it evaporate?

Won't the govts be able to read teh blockchain and watch it get built and be able to decode who is spending what?

I don't get how a currency tech which is supposed to provide an indelible record of every transaction involved can manage to maintain user anonymity simultaneously.

Everyone is on a diet for their entire life, fucktard. Whatever you eat is your diet.

Whether or not it's a diet that kills you or sustains life is a different story.

If you give a shit about what your co-workers eat, you're the sensitive faggot.

It's not just bread, though bread is no good.

Anything that your body breaks down quickly into sugars will make you less healthy.

Sugars spike insulin, which spurs fat storage.

Half of sugar is fructose, which serves no metabolic or other function in the body.

The liver just stores it as fat in the liver and pancreas.

Over time is causes cirrhosis and eventual death, just like alcohol.

If alcohol is liver poison, then so is fructose, and it's everywhere.

Sugar is also implicated in diabetes, metabolic syndrome, heart disease, and even Alzheimer's. It's been known for years that cancer feeds on sugar.

I'm glad cutting out bread worked so well for you. Now, continue the research and find out how good you could feel if you cut out everything else that is similarly toxic.

Civilization is a drop in the bucket of evolutionary history.

Your timescale is much too short.

Civilization was born when men were convinced to eat grain and become sheep.

Can't put a lot of details in a meme.

Grains are not what they used to be, and even if they were, they were not a normal part of the human diet pre-Mesopotamia.

Evolution takes a great deal of time, and we are far more evolved to the previous hundreds of thousands of years compared with the more recent past.

Details matter, and food quality of course matters. The point of this meme is just to spur Americans to do the research themselves.

Here are some good sources of info about Keto if you like to learn by video:

Siim Land, Biohacker

Dr Ken Berry MD

Dr Sten Ekberg

Dr Eric Berg

Exactly. We feed corn to ducks to create fatty liver.

We feed corn to our children and ourselves and expect a different result.

It's idiotic.

Name checks out. So does the confession by projection.

Anything starchy breaks down into sugars and spikes insulin.

Sugars are not good for you for several reasons.

Insulin spurs fat storage.

Exactly.

I dropped from 198 to 182 in 3 weeks. 178 one week later.

That's 5 pounds a week of pure fat and water (carbs cause retention and bloating) all gone. I literally feel lighter on my feet. I can see 4 abs, working toward 6.

My mind works better. I'm more energetic and have much more daily stamina. I have less pain (I have osteoarthritis in my back from an old car wreck and bursitis in my hips) all day everyday.

I no longer crave sugary things. I no longer have to eat every 4 or 5 hours in order to not feel sick from blood sugar fuckery.

Everything is better. I wish I'd recognized the poison of sugar long ago.

I'm blown away when I look around at my fellow Americans, so many of them obese and suffering.

We've all been duped into eating addictive poison until we die.

It's called sugar.

The fad diet is the SAD (Standard American Diet). Keto is just a description of the metabolic process that results when you eat an ancestrally proper diet.

People have been people for 250,000 years. Agriculture has only been around for 10,000 years, and it took thousands of years to cover the globe. The idea that we are more adapted to our diet of the last few thousand years than to the previous quarter of a million years strikes me as fanciful.

Civilization and agriculture seem to have arisen together, but that doesn't mean that grains are good for the human body. It could be that the reason that they arose together was that eating grains made sheep of people.

You think Keto is a fad diet, but it's just whatever diet that induces ketosis.

To call it a fad is to drastically misunderstand what it is.

The word among the "fact checkers" like Snopes is that this is a clip from a movie that was never made. They allege the filmmaker made this in 2011 to promote the film.

It certainly doesn't seem like that to me. Listen to the different intonations between the speaker and the audience. If it were a movie, the extras would be more nervous than the star of the scene. If it's real life, the speaker would be the nervous one. The dynamic here is like no audience scene in any movie I've ever seen.

Also, the audience members speak as if they have authority, but the "filmmaker" doesn't show them well. This is either real, or was to be part of the worst movie ever made. Or the filmmaker is a genius and has cast and filmed this scene so perfectly it seems real.

A Jew is the anti-Jew. Hmm, okay. Tell me more.

Some Jews are good (remember that Jesus guy?).

Some Jews are bad (I'll let you pick this example.).

Racism is stupid. So is this revisionist history.

If Palestine exists, then so does every other nation state that ever existed in that location, throughout all history.

Do you claim Phoenicia still exists too?
