From what I can tell, they are not really having many problems in Ukraine. Currently deploying missiles at many targets throughout the country.
Russia clearly has a strong military advantage against the entire nato forces. There are many weapons with no equivalent and this alone indicates the obvious outpacing.
Basically, there are two things you need in a modern military. Missiles and air defense, currently Russia is in the lead on both of these items.
Finland and Sweden are not a threat currently. If they become a threat once joining the nato by procuring gear and armaments then they will be targeted.
Ukraine is a much more active current threat with the history coupled with the modern changes over the past 30+/- years.
I doubt this changes anything.
