Absolutely, we need more people to find the right brains. Some people think you can breed and create a good specimen, but frankly there is no evidence to support that, often the evidence reveals the opposite. What we have learned is that with humans a great deal of development must go in prior to deciding capability.

The more people there are, the less likely you would have super rich oligarchs running the world.
