When this fight started, thousands of years ago, It would have taken me generations to obtain your inputs. At this rate, change is inevitable.
I still think everyone has too many expectations for how a message board works. How what it does do materializes. It is not as you are implying.
Basically, everything is a seed planted and it takes time. People are learning about the criminality at a pace that has never been done before.
What you have to realize is the scale of the criminality has not really increased. It is the same, what has changed is the people are beginning to recognize it more readily. There are more learning's to come. I would not expect much instant reaction, it has to reach the crescendo before the critical mass reacts.
