I think sneezing is conflated with illness and spreading germs, but you're right, I don't think it's a symptom of any illness I've heard of. And, for the most part, it's an involuntary action.
As usual, throw all the ideas against a wall and see what sticks. My best read of the situation is that SARS2 is either an all-out lie or a common respiratory virus that is nothing new and doesn't need to be treated at all if you're young and healthy. If the virus was actually deadly we would be able to rule out the possibility that it's completely fake, but it's so similar to all the other respiratory viruses it can't be distinguished. The PCR tests are worse than useless - they're just fueling fear and justifying government impositions against our freedom.
The shot being graphene/5g-mind control/sterilization seems unlikely to me. It does seem like a risky treatment with some bad short-term side effects in some people and long-term side effects that are still unknown. The bigger threat here is government and corporations wanting to coerce people to take the shot and the possibility this power grab could morph into totalitarian technofascism.

I don't think it's mass depopulation. It seems to be a set up for mass population control. Do what the govt tells you or else you get socially blacklisted and cast out. Fake pandemic -> injection -> injection tracking/digital ID -> social credit score.

It's painful to think of, but yes, this is it! Look at Australia, they are not far away from the situation you describe. I still think there's time to turn this all around, at least in America.
The timeline of events we've seen in the last 18 months have had so little reason or logic that it has to be following a predetermined scheme. Sacrificing ourselves to stop this will be the defining moment of our generation.
I'm not sure we will win this, but I am hopeful. It's not all bad news. People seem to be waking up here in the US. The battle line has been drawn and over 40% of the population won't take the injection. That's enough of a resistance to stymie any totalitarian regime. Any new demands against freedom will harden the resistance.
