I think they had different stuff in different areas. I think if all shots had nanotech it would have been too easy for people to discover and shut down. Then again, maybe it was in all of them, but only sucessfully activated in a smaller number. It seems odd though, that lots of people give off BT signals in one area while none do in other areas. I think it depends on which batch you get.

it's probably a widespread test by AI to be able to map the human body down to the molecular level using nano technology. It would need a sophisticated AI to be able to handle all of the data that was sent back and make sense of it. I've read the bible, and it seems like these 2 groups have been killing each other for a lot longer than 75 years. According to that bible, the god of Abraham originally told his chosen people to go steal Palestinian land.
