Something to consider about transgender identity is that every human experiences lifetimes as male, female, rich, poor, etc. When there is past-life bleed through, it may express itself as a yearning or a familiarity with a different type of incarnation. Sometimes souls that typically incarnate female come into this realm as a male, and vice versa.
Anyone experiencing gender dysphoria would do well to “sit and stew” in the sensation for awhile and do some inner work to determine what their path is and what the right course of action is.
There’s a North American-style propensity to immediately dive into a new idea or completely fix or overwrite one’s body with a bevy of pharmaceuticals. The problem with this culture is that there isn’t any room for do-overs or resets. These actions are permanent and should not be considered lightly.
