The flu is diagnosed very loosely. Sour throat, cough, sniffles, headaches, body aches, etc. these also all happen to symptoms of toxic overload, toxic things are sometimes not taught to people, like products you find at the grocery store, veggies, cleaners, detergent, nutritionaless and poisoned with vaccines meats and eggs, fucking mouthwash, pretty much anything.

Good call. Viruses are real, but not what we are told. A virus is created by your cells, part of aptosis, virus are broken down toxins that your cells couldn't handle, reassembled by the RNA to be easily identified by antibodies and peed out of the body.

And I'm not gonna just wash it all away because one of the emails looks like they are ligit talking about how to prepare the jerky with lime and Thai spices or whatever. This is actually not true. I make homemade beef jerky on a pellet smoker, and it's only fresh for a few days in room temp. I don't use preservatives. It will last in the fridge for a couple weeks. But freezing it, keeps for months.
