All you need is to create an unique link on your site with whatever "interesting" thing you think will attract target audience, and put it on that forum. Since this link is unique, only people from that forum will visit it. And voila - you have a list of forum users IPs and fingerprints of their browsers. It is more than enough to find tons of information across social networks and other shit if you are friendly with that social networks owners or admins.
