I wonder how this works with black and white printers? Mine uses toner so it can’t print any colors. If they can do the same thing with black dots then why would they bother using yellow dots with a color printer?
Yellow on white would be a lot harder to notice.
Every conspiracy theory ends up bring true in some way or another except for the disinfo garb they put out.

You don't need different location. Just find simple old photocopier, analog one. Xerox or whatever. It will not copy yellow dots and just have no any means to add his own. Or just buy a cheap black&white laser printer instead of color one of whatever kind you have.
