Israel used to fund Hamas directly to monitor and control them. Then they started doing it through Qatar indirectly when people started to nootice.
A worthy note that most living in Gaza were actually expelled from areas which are now Tel-Aviv and all the affluent coastal cities in so called Israel.
So if Jews want to get Palestinians out of Gaza, they should take them in and give the Palestinians back all the property that Jews stole with lifetime compensations for all the damages caused.
