As much as I despise the Catholic Church, that claim is completely made up.
The Vatican literally worships Satan. When Christianity spread like wildfire through the Roman empire their only play was to try and incorporate Roman paganism and authority into this new following of the Messiah.
They actually destroy Roman paganism and authority to make way for the legitimization of the worship of the Semitic Blood God.
Roman paganism was predated by earlier examples.

In theology, Heaven or 'the heavens' are ideation in it's perfect form before it becomes matter and to which it 'returns' so to speak. The term chosen for this condition of elegant perfection as idea was Grace.
Any and all Ideation condensing/descending into matter produces ambiguous flaws we call variety.
THIS is the 'Fall from Grace' that makes man imperfect and of the imperfect world which creates error (sin) and is a natural by-product of something coming into existence.
This has been twisted into a self-hating theology, equating and replacing Lucifer's fall from Grace with man's 'Original Sin', conflating natural condition (fall from grace) with conscious act (sin).
Lucifer is of this very material world and its knowledge that Falls short of perfection. Forced to work in antagonistic search for prey by the sweat of the brow. Worship of that material world and not seeing source above produces Luciferian controllers who study the plain/plane/matrix as ends to its own means.

Suggested past; present and future only exist within the mind/memory of the one consenting to hold onto them. Perceivable reality implies constant change; hence ongoing momentum aka perceivable moment of "now".
One can only exist "now"...before and after represent fictitious states. Ones Inception and death cannot be perceived by oneself while being alive.

Nothing represents ones denial of everything perceivable for the suggestions by others about it.
Tainted by birth, a concept meant to shame you for existing. preemptive sin, inherited impurity. I once heard a phrase that exemplified this madness, but I have long since forgotten the wording.
