If anyone is wondering where this report came from, I saw an undated PressTV interview with a guy named Gilbert Doctorow who was described as an "Independent International Affairs Analyst".
Gilbert goes into detail on a report of a Russian strike where he claimed 200 high level NATO generals and officers as well as communications infrastructure was wiped out. Supposedly this happened in March, a lot of articles have come out claiming it was debunked. I have no idea whats real, it seems a little sketch though.
Interestingly Ukraine claimed they killed 200 elite soldiers on an attack against Luhansk back in August of 2022.
I won't provide links, just do a little googling to confirm.
I would suggest being skeptical of almost all major reports like this until some real evidence surfaces.
Edit: Ok I lied, I will provide two links for those of you that will complain that I didn't:
For reference, the corrupt US War Machine has plenty of space under the rug to hide dead bodies. Just from training accidents alone, the normal rate is over 400 per year. How much could they multiply that before a flag gets raised anywhere outside the Pentagram?
There are many other categories under which it might be even easier to hide pre-WW3 combat deaths. Here's a breakdown of active duty deaths from 2006-2020:
Nonsense. How can they confirm this? And why serious question are foreign diplomats still supposedly going to Kiev if this was the case?
At what point serious question has Kiev been hit?
Properly? Since Syria there seems to be new rules of engagement.
Because any other war, traditional concept of warfare not this other game of cat and mouse. An enemy's ability to command the battlefield is destroyed. Command structures are targeted and destroyed. As well as infrastructure.
Instead like Syria, since Syria the Capital isn't targeted. Presidential compounds. Command structures are largely intact. Utilities unless zones of conflict haven't been halted. Meanwhile there are dumber narratives of dignitaries treating directly with Kiev every 5 minutes.
The risk? Sod off.
In fact there is almost nothing logical about the traditional concept of war happening in this conflict. Least of all air superiority.
Understandably it might prove certain risk. Importantly it shows Russia is subservient to different tactics. These seemingly are acquisition of territory to later deal with any existing hierarchy from a notion of truce. Instead of seriously winning any conflict. A prop being used for agenda.
It ain't what those claims are?
Because it is still providing Ukraine with ample resistance. So this war drags driven by other motivations.
Until it's another freaking narrative. A smokescreen duping out its concepts. They are simply the motions of something else.

No shit. Top Kek.
Yeah, I saw a clip of that being reported on live TV. I wonder if the TV host still has a job?
As far as explanations, I wouldn't hold my breath. They don't tell the "useless eaters" anything. Why would this be any different?

How many troops are dying in training accidents – and why? (Audacy 9/14/2020)
If you say something I assume the opposite is true, shill.
It's a good theory. Yet for some reason you decided to end it with "kek".
Not sure what this has to do with your mom's vagina. But, whatevs.
Yeah, they killed 1000 NATO soldiers after destroying 200 HIRMAS, 500 Gepards and 2000 Leopards.
Any day now. Putin will release the real army and then Ukraine will fall in 3 days
2 more weeks! All according to plan!
