If anyone is wondering where this report came from, I saw an undated PressTV interview with a guy named Gilbert Doctorow who was described as an "Independent International Affairs Analyst".
Gilbert goes into detail on a report of a Russian strike where he claimed 200 high level NATO generals and officers as well as communications infrastructure was wiped out. Supposedly this happened in March, a lot of articles have come out claiming it was debunked. I have no idea whats real, it seems a little sketch though.
Interestingly Ukraine claimed they killed 200 elite soldiers on an attack against Luhansk back in August of 2022.
I won't provide links, just do a little googling to confirm.
I would suggest being skeptical of almost all major reports like this until some real evidence surfaces.
