Some things are worth buying. Land, for instance.

Yes, right here! I buy land, period. Not material objects. Land.

My land keeps going up in value. Every year.

Zero mortgages. Possess all of the titles and deeds.

Debt free lifestyle. Minimalist mindset.

Rather the taxes than a mortgage with taxes. Our primary residence and 20 acres are home steaded, so no taxes, thankfully.

Capital gains taxes is the bitch of all tax schemes. That's where they hit you the hardest.

I put like 7 dishes in my washer per week and it feels like a waste. I’m alone in a house that’s fit for a full family. I sometimes drive through old Detroit and suspect there are 1-4 people living houses suited for 10 (plus staff).

I tried buying calls and puts before. I lost just about all what I invested.

I'm guessing i wasn't supposed to hold the calls or puts for longer than a day or two.

Selling weed isn't very profitable. You might make $100-$200 profit in a day dealing with scum and taking risks, being around dopes all day.

Drunk people are extremely annoying when you aren't drunk.

I used to work a graveyard shift at a place nearby venues for events, weddings, etc. People were piss drunk and I hated dealing with them. It brought back memories of being a child and observing drunk adults.

Easy: either get hand outs and become moral slaves to TPTP or else become one of the exploitive class TPTB. If you're trying to be self reliant they will ruin you by design

It's true. I make more on paper now than I did before the plandemic, I saved a lot of money back then because I'm just naturally cheap. But now it's almost impossible to save.

But it's all by design. They want to make it so expensive just to live that you can't afford your mortgage payments and you lose everything. This is how they plan to make sure you will "own nothing and be happy".

1000% agree with this sentiment; we've been blowing through cash all year, and I cannot imagine how, e.g., friends who make 1/4 the income can even survive, let alone thrive. I've never felt this way before, where I'm actually concerned about how friends and family will get by, without even taking into account the possibility of wide scale layoffs.

You're right, it becomes habit. I think about the times when my wife and I went shopping for things for our house, and once we started breaking out the wallet and became an addiction, and all of a sudden we found ourselves spending way more than we thought we were going to and we couldn't stop until we made a conscious effort to stop.

Spent 2022 pouring $ and labor into building my own house. Not done yet, but also not in debt either. When I eventually finish, will have a house built far above code, structure and efficiency wise, on a large rural plot.

$ comes from years of working corporate jobs and living frugally.

I have been looking at my finances.

I'm single, no family. Groceries alone cost me about $200 a week this year.

Like you, I have no fucking clue how some others can do it.

I have good income. I have no debt (no mortgage even). I'm cheap AF.

And my savings was flat...

This does not really make much sense. This implies your cost of living exceeded your capability to produce savings. Or just too much on the latest leftist wearables?

In reality, if you were making 'good income' and 'no debt' then you would have enough to pay for your existence and then save additionally.

This also implies you have consumed prior savings from previous years where the current issues were not yet in existence. This whole shit smells like bullshit. You are lying again.

Every grocery store has a few items that they sell at the cheapest price. Watch the per unit price of everything you buy and find the best price for each item. Some thing are seasonal like baking goods (including butter) and ham (Christmas & Easter). Bulk up enough when there is a good sale to get you to the next sale.

Costco is expensive on most thing. I only buy gas and English cucumbers from Costco. Everything else is cheaper at other stores.

– HonestTruth 2 points 2 years ago +3 / -1

Well shit bro, then you must not be making good money.

Shopping at costco at least reveals you have some degree of wealth as people complaining as you are generally cannot.

Odds are you are enslaved and not getting paid your value so you live within the predefined pattern planned by the people who have you entrapped.

Which explains why you cannot rely on savings from prior years.

This part of what you are saying has merit, there are crushing forces at work against all people, and lots of people have fallen into problems.

Realize that there is division and you can split it three ways.

The outside edges are getting eroded at record pace, the internal area is still buffered by them for now.

In reality, if you were making 'good income' and 'no debt' then you would have enough to pay for your existence and then save additionally.

Or maybe, just maybe, consumer inflation in the Western world is ~20% YoY and our banks are devaluing our currencies asymptotically, thereby making every second spent working worth less in pay than the previous second.

But you’ll reject that suggestion (it’s not one, really; it’s a statement of objective truth) sight unseen because the person who suggested it to you 1. proved you wrong on the internet and 2. hurt your sophistic feelings while doing so.

Again, more piss poor half wit logic from you, not a surprise given your khazarian upbringing.

When you say 'good money' then you are setting a specific barrier, which is 'above barely' enough.

People with 'barely enough' are still able to survive, which implies that people with 'good money' should be still producing savings, albeit much less but at least not consuming savings.

Being that I am also living through it and having all the same experiences all my other countrymen are having, then I can assert that if you are making 'good money' then the increase in costs outbound is still less than your earnings, by a margin large enough to produce at least a small savings.

You have never proven me wrong, you threw an allegation at me and refuse to back it up with evidence and then like the typical hook nose you attempt to put it on me, you have no idea about anything you cannot follow law, you cannot even follow logic.

And you have not even come close to my 'feelings'

dirty hook nose khazarian knob gobbler, go away you are a shitty shill.

a specific barrier

No, it’s pretty damn subjective with only that phrase to go on.

implies that

No, this is your assertion. It does not have to be shared by others because there is nothing objective in the terminology by which to externally define the amount of earnings or savings.

is still less than

No, because “making good money” only attaches a subjective degree to income, not to outlay. “Making good money and spending bad money” would imply outlays above inlays, but that’s not what was said. “Good money” can be seven, six, or even five digits, depending on the person or situation. It’s entirely subjective without further context.

[autistic lying]

Scream for me.

Just a constant barrage of incorrect brainless rhetoric from you huh?

So, It is not subjective when reading words to apply the descriptors appropriately.

You read it like he said "I make money", that is not what was written, this is perhaps a clear indication to how weak your ability is to interpret words written and just general comprehension of the language.

When you say 'good money' it is absolutely a reference to making more than what is considered your minimum, realizing that each position is in context with respect to the communicator.

It does not matter which digit is involved, it is irrelevant.

So, I did not materialize the implication, it was inferred by the author.

Your khazarian mannerism are worthless here, have no effect on me. Your lies and logical fallacies are just more evidence to how you are simply not on par.

Despite being "high income", having no debt, living off rice and beans, and making minimum repairs on the one car my partner and I own, we are still only *marginally eligible *for a mortgage. It's absolutely insane!

I've been keeping groceries at $50 ea/wk by switching to frozen veggies, making bread at home, increasing cheap proteins (like lentils/ricotta cheese/beans/whole milk), avoiding processed foods, and grocery shopping around sale or deal items. I also started an indoor herb garden because fresh herbs are an easy expense to avoid and are a delicious way to spruce up frozen veg.

I've managed to replace potato chips with home made croutons (from last week's left over bread). I make myself wait a week before buying things, and try to get things used when appropriate.

It's not easy, but we can find a way!

The trees should all just start producing food in abundance again so that eating is free.

If Tesla’s free electricity plan was a real thing that was suppressed then that should be implemented so we can have free electricity.

Oil is a natural and unending resource just like every other thing in the earth so they should stop with all the fake scarcity nonsense and just let people buy oil at a reasonable price.

Tax is certainly just robbery. Of the myriad ways we are taxed they should just cut it all out and stop stealing peoples money.

Give up the climate hoax, give up the space hoax, give up the scarcity hoax - the earth is a self-replenishing garden with the specific purpose of providing for every living thing in it all that they require but it has been hijacked by lying criminals who charge their equals money for accessing what is theirs from the beginning

The planet is not overpopulated and people do not need to live in termite blocks hearing their neighbours through thin walls - there’s enough room for everyone to have a home and some land.

A lot of employment is just nonsense, made up, worse than useless garbage.

Schools are idiot factories.

Nah I am good. Maybe start a side hustle or your own business. Perhaps you are fucked because you are not self sufficient. Build local economies. Buy mostly local and small or from online second hand sellers. Grow some food. Put in a wood stove. People who claim victimhood are choosing it. Most people think because they are born that they deserve to be taken care of and expect the systems they hate to do it. Then when those systems fail they blame them and say woe is me. It’s not a natural way to live.

  • however people believe this because they believe they are powerless. Even the Bible says one could move mountains with faith. What you believe whatever that is for you will manifest. Choose your future or those in power will create it for you.

I eat almost every meal at home.

I combine trips so I'm not needlessly burning fuel.

I have more than one way of making money.

Also cheap as fuck

I bargain shop, use coupons and rewards

I salvage stuff. I take things apart. Pick parts off old grills. Throw old pieces of lumber into truck and pull the nails out and re-use them. Fix everything myself. Mount my own tires.

I buy lots of used stuff.

The JEW Scumbag who is now CEO of ADL got rich by bottling water, marketing it as earth friendly, and selling it to dumbass goy who could have dug a well for 30+ years of nearly free water or collected rain water for free.

This is how Jews scam you.

Other jews got rich off the energy drink gimmicks. Selling you RockStar energy drinks which is just water and caffeine with corn syrup flavoring. They make 500% profit on this goydrip crap.

Think like a jew. Profit off people's stupidity or laziness.
