Regardless of what 'jp the idiotic shrink' has to say..
The entire western hemisphere has been floundering with a skilled labor shortage for at least a decade. This is getting more serious and not less serious.
When it comes to missing population, I suppose it is likely that even the vaccine fall off has had some added impact.
But, simply consider doing a search on how long skilled labor has been dropping.
Truly a DIY store. You go in, you find what you need by yourself because the employees are too retarded to help you and then you check out on by yourself without needing a cashier. Why do they even have employees?
Currently the only reason we do not have robots running all these things in society, is purely that they are too expensive and human slaves are cheaper.
They handle pro creation, they feed themselves, as an owner, you really have to do nothing. Where as the maintenance cycle on robots is much larger.
Not to mention, they are completely disposable. Where the machine would have some considerable overhead.
Well, right now they are blaming it on "long covid" and boomers retiring. But I certainly question that. Like I said before, I can testify how fucking insidious cardiac rhythm changes are and most people that get this from the vaccines will likely have no idea what is happening to them. I feel sorry for them, I really do.
AS MANY AS 4 MILLION WORKERS ARE LIKELY OUT OF WORK DUE TO LONG COVID
Mild symptoms, employer accommodations, or significant financial need can all keep people with long Covid employed. But in many cases, long Covid impacts work. Understanding that impact requires three data points.
This may sound unbelievably high, but it is not inconsistent with the experiences of comparable economies. For example, a Bank of England representative recently stated that labor force participation has dropped by around 1.3% across the entire 16- to 64-year-old population (not just those who are working), and that the majority of that impact is from the rise in long-term sickness—which he suspected was long Covid.
Its gotten so bad here in Canada, that they are bringing in a record amount of immigrants to fill the jobs. Where did everyone go?
Honestly do not know if they are or not. Could be a trick way to shut them out.
There are a variety of countries posting excessive death rates, but none of them seem to be significantly larger than previously, just larger.
More time will tell, all the old people I know that are vaccinated are still fine.
Unless we're individually doing headcounts, there's no way to know.
That said, take a look at what kind of jobs those vacancies are for. Entry level, low paying shift work mostly. The jobs paying $60k+/yr fly off the shelves and can't get filled quicker.
It is annoying when I see the one minimum wage worker who does almost all the work, and then turn around to see the literally line up of office people making over $120,000 who have nothing to do do except make themselves look impressive. 🙄
This was my last job at a parcel facility. Doing the work of 2-3 people for a couple bucks over minimum wage. Fucking warehouse manager just keeps putting shit on me and refuses to get me a helper. I was a lead of nobody.
Im sure the managers got their bonus at the end of the year for it, id get a 12.34$ walmart gift card because they used the money on the card to pay the taxes. Kinda fucking hilarious. Billion dollar entity, thanks guys.
The final straw was when I took my vacation and they paid me significantly less than minimum wage for my vacation hours. Fucking nova scotia, land of the corporations.
I quit after that, not going to kill myself for barely minimum wage for a bunch of suit assholes who dont actually care about anything other than their paycheck.
It's fascinating to me that there is a "shortage" of people who want to do the bare minimum while getting paid the bare minimum, far more people who would rather work harder and more creatively with their own "hustle" and make more money, yet there's an endless parade of people whining that "nobody wants to work anymore" and "too many young people are lazy" it's the complete opposite lmao, there's not enough people who want to flip burgers and scan groceries for peanuts, most would rather bust their ass working for themselves with their own small businesses and make more money
Here in halifax, the cost of living is fucked, the workers shortage is real so they are immigrating in huge amounts of people and are now allowing foreign students to work more hours to make up for it. Where did everyone go?
Anyway, some of the fast food places are advertising for 15-16$ a hour. Minimum wage is 13.60 an hour, for "skilled labor".
At this point I may just go flip burgers part time, because all I can really do is part time work. Without getting my kidney/phosphorous levels figured out, I dont think its possible for me to work physical jobs for 60-80 hours a week like I used to. Not without sleeping more than 3-4 hours a night.
Ive worked some shity ass jobs here in HRM. Trashman, fabricating rubber vehicle mats, painting fuel tanks, carrying drywall. Mainly temp stuff and they all paid like 14$ an hour. But that was before the vaccine mandates. That was also another reason I had to leave the workforce. Besides the freon injury, I refused to get vaccinated with something that doesnt stop me from getting the disease, simple as that. But most jobs I have looked at now dont mention vaccination, so I guess I have a little more hope of finding a job than I did a year ago.
Why work these backbreaking warehouse jobs when I could flip burgers for the same amount of money. I used to laugh at these jobs for someone like me, a rather physically large/strong man. I should be in construction. But after being injured, ive accepted I wont be able to do the work I used to :(. I worked at a fast food place 20 years ago when I was a teenager, there were plenty of old people and people with disabilities. Now I understand why :(.
The jobs paying $60k+/yr fly off the shelves and can't get filled quicker.
Maybe where you are, but that is NOT the case here in SE South Dakota. Know many companies who are struggling to fill min wage jobs, the $22/hr school bus jobs, the $22/hr pizza delivery jobs, and even jobs $60k, 80k+ in banking, medical, and manufacturing.

Don’t drink, that shit will kill ya. Take natural drugs.
haha ohh man, this is exactly the reality.

We will have robots soon because we are going to kick out the grifters, invaders, and commies.
That, coupled with all the deaths, will make this place wide open again.
I'm an optimist. In a dark sort of way.
Heh, naw.
To burst your next bubble here, it will clearly be lab grown slaves next. Still no robots. You are likely a hundred years early or so.
Lmao! God do I know those feels. 6 employees in a store, standing around all clueless, 1 customer.
But don't start drinking, seriously fren 🤗

Right. Also, how are social security payments not ballooning? How come there's no old people in the stores like there used to be?
Honestly do not know if they are or not. Could be a trick way to shut them out. There are a variety of countries posting excessive death rates, but none of them seem to be significantly larger than previously, just larger.

I personally only know of one vaccine injured, no deaths or long covid. But then I am a hermit.
I'm a hermit and I know personally one person who dropped dead.
If your corporation is collapsing there is no much that can be done. If people are idle and your job is not expanding then it could be contracting.
layoffs are related to corporate profits. Often releasing people they will soon need and regretting letting them go.
This is true, they are often short sighted that way.
The recipe is:
Build vaccine that will target white population that is so “dangerous” that has to be replaced.
Make them die.
Import people from 3rd world countries.
Promote diversity at the workplace.
Hire the imported people.
Make them feel gratitude.
Make them feel obliged to vote for you.
Gain more power.
Rinse and repeat.
Yeah that is an odd piece of the puzzle
pelosi said it...
we need migrants in florida to pick the food.

It's like the construction workers.

Exactly.
"I could flip burgers full time for $500 a week OR I could show my snatch on onlyfans for $5,000 a week from the comfort of my own home...."
Burger flipping pays $300 a week at the most.

$14 an hour (burger flipping where I am, per the sign out front) x 35 hours a week (thanks, Obama!) is $490.

u hurd of the US Census?
Of course. Why would you believe that though? Is that one system they don't have control over?
wut believe?
