I used to chew. The problem with it is that is reduces saliva through spitting which has adverse effects on teeth enamel and digestion. If you do it in moderation though, like all things, it’s not bad. If you pair chewing with oil pulling or some other natural oral cleaning mechanism, chew is far from the worse thing you can do.

In all fairness, getting lean enough for a competition is pretty brutal on your body. But in general I agree. It seems to be young athletes and super fit people where the sudden death seems so obviously from the vax.

The only news I could find is "He died suddenly", with heart attack. He was a big fitness guy, and even at 62, he was pretty much in better physical shape than most people. Of course we will never have proof it's the vaccines, but that's a lot of red flags that we've seen again and again for the past year and a half now. He was apparently full-on on the covid vaccine, so it wouldn't be surprising if he took the boosters a few weeks or months before his death too (especially since he's > 60 years old).
Most heart damage are basically permanent. Heart muscles regenerate very very slowly compared to other muscles (since, you know, the heart can't really afford to take a break, even for a minute), which is why avoiding any damage on that area is important, and why "Mild myocarditis" is a fucking lie.
Whatever makes you sleep at night, I hope you got your affairs in order for when you eventually die from your government mandated experimental injection.
