How do you prepare it? Do you take the pill or use the powder?

You can add it to any "wet" dish in amounts that keep the flavor where you like it. Works with a lot of sauces, stews, soups, etc. Can also add to doughs but need to be a little bit careful since it can change the way it bakes if you add too much.

Hah. Awesome. Just got given tumeric to try and it seemed to get rid of my watery knee. (Advil just kills the pain, it takes a couple of days for the watery knee swelling to actually decide to go away, unless it decides to blow up, which means a trip to the emergency and aspiration which is curiously Dr. Pimple popper level interesting to watch.)

... ... ...

cough anecdotal cough

Also. LIQUID IODINE. Two drops a day to start and then increase by a drop a week until you go through health crisis and your pee smells rancid and you start to lose weight and your cancer goes away. It will probably taste horrible and metallic to start because it reacts with the bromine. Once your system gets rid of the bromine, liquid iodine tastes mildly sweet and isn't an issue at all.

cough I'm not here cough not a doctor cough

Liquid Iodine. Trophic is the brand name. I get it in Canada at a local vitamin/health store.

Tumeric I took in pill form like three tablets in a day and that's it (goal was to reduce swelling, which happened easily). Currently just testing it out (from a friend). Brand name is called Enagic.

Why not just use iodized salt?

permalink parent save report block reply

From what I've heard, you don't get enough iodine from iodized salt. If you're supplementing, it's better to use Lugol's or nascent iodine.

Why increase the dosage over time? I've been doing 2 drops for a while now.

Once your system gets rid of the bromine, liquid iodine tastes mildly sweet and isn't an issue at all.

You've experienced this? Tastes metallic as always to me

Don't increase too much but the metallic taste comes from the bromine on your tongue. Iodine tastes very mildly sweet when it isn't countering the bromine.

Any details on why there's bromine on my tongue

From the google: well no i think bing but same thing:

"In the 1980s, thanks to "IODOPHOBIA", iodine was replaced with bromine in the bread-making process. (31) Bromide is a goitrogen and interferes with Iodide utilization by the thyroid gland, (32-34) and possibly by the mammary gland also. (35) Iodine has an anticarcinogenic effect on the breast."

Your body needs iodine to create a hormone which your body uses to tell cells to commit suicide. (points at cancerous/pre-cancerous cells) <=== those cells.

these types of peeps have lots of centurions.

india = eat lots of tumeric

japan = eat lots of iodine

italy = eat lots of omega-fat

7th-day adventists = dont smoke, dont drink, vegetarians

tumeric is water-soluable. if you want to optimize curcumin absorption, buy "curcurmin meriva." they use a soy-molecule as a binder.

Turmeric is essential. And take it with a black pepper blend like OP suggests!

Yes, everyone else drinks tap or bottled water. The latter is for the environment or something. Also, the CDC says fluoride in your water is good for you, so I’m sure they’re right this time.

I decalcify my pineal gland for years now. I feel connected to my soul.

I've been using turmeric, black pepper, iodine, meditation and knowledge through reading certain books to get acquainted with my soul. A good book is Conversations With God.

Oh, mushrooms really unlocks the pineal gland too. Very quickly.

Yes and I also read 10 other CWD like books.

I’m reading one now called Christ Returns. It’s the last one I found but if I keep digging, I might find more.
