Google are stealing photos. They should be sued. Obvious data infringement. Sue them.

Everything you do on the internet is monitored and it always will be, you’re defending pedophiles by trying to advocate for them not watching for CP when they already will watch regardless of your content. If you want private anything don’t do it on the internet.

What, Google stole his pictures. It was a medical emergency. Are Google his doctor. So it's theft. Simple. Not your bullshit. I am advocating the law. Suing Google for acting above it. Google are bound by it. They had no right acting as his doctor. None at all. They had no right seizing his photos either. They aren't the police. They prevented him uploading medical photos yes they're private to his doctor. Data breach. Then they humiliated him for it. They banned his accounts. Grounds for compensation and a serious inquiry.

You dumbass. You just broke the constitution. Innocent until guilty. Never theft or data infringement.

Pedos you dipshit, will be pedo no matter what Google does or doesn't. It doesn't change, when they're still pedos.

But you're advocating what. Stopping asking your doctor about a medical emergency? All because there's a picture of something private only your doctor not Google needs to know about.

If it was an emergency he could have taken him to a hospital. Maybe my past of childhood abuse colors my opinion, or reading how tech employees take these pictures and pass them around. So if you don’t want pedos looking at your children naked, don’t upload naked pictures of your children.

if it’s on the internet it is NOT PRIVATE

Costs, COVID. Hospitals, and clinics importantly have a lot of new policy. One of which has become a god awful norm, it is online consultation. It is the worst. How can you diagnosis a picture. Unless it is obvious. But there is a lot of new policy in a lot of health practices. Get a telephone consultation prior to a health visit. It means uploads. Such a waste of time. It still needs a consultation unless it was an obvious prescription. Emergency agreed are the hospital. But if you could upload a picture rather than waiting in emergency, wouldn't you. Emergency you could be waiting there all day. For who the hell knows? It wasn't urgent, but it was a private health concern.

Google had no right. They aren't doctors. It is private. He wasn't streaming it on instagram. He had too, for a consultation. The story is ridiculous. But it is one that should be challenged. Data was breached.

What is wrong with the intelligence in this community. I don't mind answering, but it is fucking tedious. Common sense today has become irrational.

Are you dumb. They're bound by law, those hospitals and clinics are under an oath not to give out your data. It is private. If they do they're sued. Much easier. Into prison to be violated. Google has made that data not private. Much easier to obtain. Google is this giant asshole, they are much harder to sue, who banned it, how, probably a dumb bot, who put it there, somebody dumb like you, but they collect your data anyway. Since Google how many more breaches to data have there been. Daily. Instead of that other schizo doctor, and they scared you into losing your privacy. Until you have literally been dropped on your head. You make no sense.

A burglar has no right to steal but you should still lock your doors. A murderer has no right to kill. We don’t live in fantasy land, we have to protect against people who break the law. NY and Chicago have no right to own handguns, yet the have some of the worst gun crime. They have no right yet they still do. If you put naked pictures of your kid or yourself online expect them to get stolen period. Do not upload pictures of your child’s genitalia unless you want the alphabet boys, and Silicon Valley trading around the pictures. if you don’t want child porn, I’d suggest don’t make it as a first step.

I swear technology is making people dumber.

What are you trying to say.

Real simple there are privacy laws, yes, protecting your data. You own it to extents and reasons. Bullshit Google does, they're collecting it. But you do, you should. Because Google are bound by the same laws. They have no right to decide that picture isn't suitable for your doctor. They aren't a doctor. They aren't a court ruling your doctor cannot see the picture that would be absurd, how would doctors treat it. They're not the police enforcing any laws either.

In which case Google should be sued.

Not your bullshit hyperconjecture, what if? Nobody cares about what if. You dumbass. They care about why their doctor cannot see their sick kid's picture. You dumb pervert. I mean seriously listen to yourself you're insane. Their sick kid getting treatment, oh no, there's the pedo. You suggested it. What's wrong with you. Sick kid, suddenly there's a bunch of noises in the background. God damn it, sue Google.

“Oh no a criminal broke the law”. Buddy criminals and the government break the law stop being soft and naive.

Don’t upload anything to the internet that is private. Yeah google should get in trouble but the dad and the nurse fucked up here too. You wanna protect kids, don’t upload nudes of them.

It’s a common sense solution of, “prosecute burglars but lock your fucking doors”.

You’re clearly upset demanding your right to upload naked pictures of the cloud. I’ve been abused, I don’t want pictures of me, my siblings, or anyone on the internet period.

That's how things go when you use centralised internet services from BigBrother. Unfortunately, nobody will learn anything again.

Lets be a little fair and recognize that the average rube is not capable nor mustn't be to understand the tools of casual life they are given.

That is the root of the problem. People don't want to know how the things they use works. And here comes a lot of space for manipulation of peoples wishes, dreams and minds.

Must you know how a television works?

Must you know how a microwave works?

Definitely. If you don't know that, you are doomed. When technology you use appear to you to be a magic, than the witchers completely own you.

The issue is trust in our corporate masters.

No. The issue is giving up knowledge to corporate masters. "They know better" - and that is the end. It is not about all that IT stuff only, it is about EVERYTHING. It was a very smart idea to convince people to delegate knowledge of how things works to "professionals". Then, it was only matter of time to replace all that professionals with puppets who will do and tell what their masters will order.

If only people wanted to know the minimum basics of how things really works, the wold would have been completely different.

I'm not talking about knowing to the last detail. I'm talking about basics. It's not about everybody have to know all parnubers for their cars or exact schematic of smartphone, it's about knowing that car have an engine with pistons that driven by spark ignited flashes of fuel and that turn gearbox that drive the wheels through the shafts. Literally very basic impression of how things works that changes a lot.

Is it hard for plumber to understand that internet is some kind of pipe system for information and that if you pump your data to some corporation tank instead of pumping it to buddy pot, it is already not your water and corporation could do whatever it want with it?

Things are not as complex as miscellaneous bastards want people to think. I'm amased how ignorant people about their things and how they amased that things are simple when I explain how they work. My friends, including girlfriends too, from yoga coaches to mathematicians and psychologists saved a tons of money and nerves, just because in some point of time I show them how their cars, computers, home appliances, etc, works, so even with that basic knowledge they could not be fooled by "professionals" and marketing bullshit anymore.

And don't tell me that one have to work a job to feed the family and have no time to spend on on learning. If work eats all your time leaving nothing for self-development, than something completely wrong with your work and your attitude to it.

a) notice the behavior of alcoholics holding onto a bottle and the many holding onto their phones...especially when you call it out.

b) what if the few suggest a center (centralized internet service) to tempt each of the many to ignore being the center (perceiving) of everything (perceivable)?

c) BIG (large) BROTH, noun - "liquor in which flesh is boiled and macerated"...an alchemical allegory for a burned offering (holocaust).

So we’re fighting to allow child porn on the cloud now? Because I think that nurse was out of line and they could have handled this differently. We already know everything on the internet is monitored. The real question is, the monitor everything and yet child pornography is WORSE THAN EVER. So the real kicker is they only allow approved CP which is everywhere. FB and Twitter are two of the biggest hubs of human trafficking before you even delve into the dark net.

Tech employees pass around pictures of nudes. Adult and children. Just because the dad isn’t uploading with the intention for a creep to seize them, doesn’t change what happens after the dad uploads it.

If it’s on the internet it is not private.
