It still needs a consultation unless it was an obvious prescription. Emergency agreed are the hospital. But if you could upload a picture rather than waiting in emergency, wouldn't you. Emergency you could be waiting there all day. For who the hell knows? It wasn't urgent, but it was a private health concern.
