I am a veterinary student at a midwestern liberal infested university.
At my first day of veterinary medical clinical rotations (3/4 years complete) I received an email outlining my required removal from campus. This closely accompanied a call from my attending clinician outlining that my cases have been transferred and I have to leave .
Why you ask? Because of my non-compliance in the mandatory testing.
The mandatory testing requires a bodily fluid (saliva) and it was made mandatory for on-campus students this spring, thankfully I have been able to avoid them until now.
Now my education is being withheld pending a submission of bodily fluids for a barely accurate PCR test for a faux-virus.
Where the hell do I even go from here? I pay for a university and now they've changed the rules.
We are living in a dystopian hell that values compliance and submission over liberty and strength.
Seems to be the only route. I contacted some lawyers, but we will see if any can do something
Let me be a downer and drama queen:
The lawsuit seems to be a logical choice since the decision by your university is unconstitutional. However, we must remember what happened when Facebook and Twitter closed down Trump's accounts on the platforms. 'People' defended the right of said platforms to do whatever it wants on the grounds that they're private companies.
So, the lawsuit seems to be a logical choice but it's not going to be an easy path. -- If I were in your situation, to be honest I would hesitate to choose any of the options. I wish you the best luck.
Agreed. The medical history or any other conditions such as skin colour cannot be a determining factor. That's why the school's policy "Must leave school if no testing" itself will be argued, not the case that the OP's being removed because of said policy.
If the school receives any public funds, it is bound by government rules
Great point. Just concerned that 'they' will fiddle with public opinion during his case and make the case a national issue, which won't be pretty for the OP. -- Jeez, I hated to say that, cause what I stated sounded like a threat.
Thank you!
:)
If you signed up for on campus learning that semester and the "mandatory covid testing" requirement was not in the papers you signed, you definitely have a case. It may not go anywhere for a while, and the university may attempt to wait you out if you dont have the money to continue, but it would be a case. Find a pro-bono lawyer who understands going against the establishment is an uphill battle.
There's another more appropriate route, but probably not worth sacrificing the rest of your life over. But it seems a shame that those scumbags will just continue victimizing other students in their efforts to support the enhanced enslavement of humanity.
Look up The Healthy American. Peggy somebody out in CA. They have been suing over this stuff and might have some pointers or helpful info for you.
I'd like to see the case become high profile too. If the University wants to play hard ball, put them under the spotlight. Maybe some frendos who were once donating to them will stop.
I'll check them out, thanks !
So sorry to hear that nonsense!
A) Can you get your tuition back? B) Can you transfer to another school with more relaxed standards, (given there are any)>
It'll be a process, but we will see. Granted the administration barely even glanced at my classes' petition for tuition reduction following them moving online.
That'll be the next step.... University of Florida anyone? >>
Or University of Central Florida.
.
Have your lawyer contact them.
I don't think you have much legal recourse unless you have a religious conviction or anxiety disorder that prevents your compliance to the test. If that is the case then perhaps they could be persuaded to make reasonable accommodation like a temperature test.
That is my worry. Pretty outrageous that they can require a bodily fluid on no grounds other than, muh covid safety
It's also a reversal on a foundational philosophic principle of society: no one is legally obligated to help others, and it is each person's responsibility for their own safety, because to otherwise so would make everyone a slave. Being considerate of others and helping others isn't inherently wrong, but government requiring you to do so definitely is. It's the same difference between charity and taxation.
With the mask mandate, they've reversed this principle, now saying it is everyone's responsibility to provide for the safety of others. It's a purely communist ideal, treating people as a collective, and enforcing altruism on everyone, when altruism itself is self destructive at every level.
Who gets the power to decide what we all must do to provide "safety" to others? The government and corporations (that are in bed with the government), of course. It gives anyone with petty tyrant tendencies the opportunity to lord over others (politicians, mayors, judges, governors, LEOs, social media virtue signalers, everyday mask Nazis). The Supreme Court already ruled that this is wrong, stating that police officers aren't legally obligated to help people. I'd guess that most people don't make this connection or why it's wrong, and those in power, if they do make the connection, will never mention it for fear of losing their new power. With the reversal of this foundational principle, it allows for every dystopian dictate under the sun. Mandatory vaccines? They can now be enforced. Mandatory hazmat suits? They can now be enforced, but they won't because it would fuck with their Covid propaganda. Increased taxation and welfare bloat? Absolutely.
What university?
It's good but I think you will have to bend the knee at some point?
Is there any point for making a stand? Did people see you refuse is it on social media? Is it for 5 mins of fame? Or you going for the long term?
If you're already required to wear a mask and you have been wearing one, then I don't understand why that's not enough. Supposedly these masks work to prevent the transmission of this supposed virus. No need for a test.
(For the record, I am being rhetorical in my above statement.)
Mask AND a covering for your eyes. Which supposedly translates to non-contact with a covid positive person. Then you ask So then what value is the testing if it doesn't count as contact when you're with a positive person?
Oh right don't use logic. It's not logic. It's submission
It'd to get humans to bend the knee and bend more and more each time, you can not comply wish fascism just a little bit
You sue. You can beat them. My uncle once get kicked out of dental school for some very grey area stuff. He got a lawyer, sued and before it went to trial they caved and let him back in.
Thank you for not complying. We need more people like you.
Cheers
Gotta get those numbers up, can’t have you not complying.
Prayers for your struggles.
On a side note, doctors not in the medical cartel are all the rage these days.
Don't think you can say the R word abimout people. Youe nuts if you think falchii wants tests for viruses it's about bending then knee.. Did you see iBrazil telling women/people not to get pregnant. . It's all part of the machines plans. There making laws around the world
I may soon share the same fate, but with employment.
Look into 21 US Code 360bbb-3 Section e, ii, III which requires that the individual must consent to administration of EUA medical products.
Also, may not pertain to university, but CDC guidance on workplace testing requires informed consent AND free choice.
They may be in violation of federal law.
Lawsuit. Litigate. Prove with stats, numbers, studies, etc., and win. Then others can cite your/my case.
The only way out of this is to FIGHT. But they brought the fight on us, and we had our backs against the wall. We didn't want a fight, but they kept pushing to the point of demolishing the wall our back is pressed against.
Thanks for the info!
What university?
I'm guessing it's Iowa State.
I was surprised when ISU decided to require testing when U-Iowa isn't.
Learn to write code and hold out until clown world blows over.
Are you in NJ? Can you run a side hustle? If so my 2 dogs and green cheek conure would be honored to call you doc.
Be like the vet in trailer park boys
If getting a lawyer and suing them doesn't work, forget college and find a trade that pays as much.
What is the collection process and frequency.
Spit in a cup or something?
Half a year or full year left?
If one had a pill of isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide, hopefully that wouldn't interfere with the already worthless fake test..
Yeah hopefully a strong enough threat of lawsuit and the school will suddenly find a more agreeable accommodation.
Saliva 2x a week I have a full year left Supposedly the tests are consistently rejected even when you spit in them, but that's on the student not on the lab or the garbage test
Change university? Remember, they live by your tuition fees. Get a transfer agreement/promise to another state/university. Mail a copy to your university and tell them you will take your life, your dollars and your future elsewhere AND that you will be posting aggressively about this on social media.
Remember, MONEY and being crucified in media are the only two things these fuckers are afraid of.
And if you have the time/energy, make a write up to ACLU.
This is a civil liberties issue - they if anybody, should fight this.
The Nazis have taken over. We took them in after WWII and they bided their time until it was the right time.
They can change strategies. They seek power. They don't care how they achieve it. You think Nazis are going to stick to the same game plan throughout history?? Look at how they push for uniformity. Uniformity of thought. Look at how they encourage people to turn in their neighbors.
The Nazis have been in charge longer than you think. The Bushes (formerly Scherf) are one example.
And NASA is full of them.
Maybe the unpopular answer here, but why not comply until you finish? Saliva is not a vaccine and honestly most schools force vaccines anyway...
sad to say, this may have been the path since OP is 3/4 years into the program. Its a sad state of affairs but it may be too late now unless OP finds a school to transfer to, but he may end up hurting himself more if all of his credits do not transfer.
It's just a reeducation camp, why not comply
