When you are at war, you need to win the war. This means you call social services on them, get them setup, get them arrested, report them to every agency. These are the tactics people will use against you. Domestic abuse claims. Child neglect claims. They will even report you to HOA and try to harass you from every angle, report you to IRS, report you to police, report you to tax appraisers, anything they can do to cause stress and harassment.

For example, if the court wants you to be drug tested then simply ask that she be drug tested as well to make it fair and equal and have all potential custodians of the children qualify to equal standards and tests. say this out loud in court room and make sure the court clerk records it in the court record. If you can later show the judge held you to standards that the other potential custodians of the child were not held to, then you were not treated equally under the law and it is a mistrial.
There's lots of shitty lawyers out there. Choosing a family court attorney is important. And extremely expensive. They basically want $1000 every week or two and the case will drag out for 2 years so they try to bankrupt you with $50k in attorney fees and get you to give up. Maybe you just represent yourself and study up on family court trial law and research similar cases which should be public record. You spend some money to get the files and evidence you need and maybe hire a private investigator instead of an attorney. Or you get an affordable licensed attorney but you build the case yourself and make their job easy.
