To say the least it is confusing, I am just like you trying to find the truth of the matter, I think I've read somewhere that Nazi Germany even had a Jewish division! (But don't take my word for it, I am also overwhelmed by information which needs verification and sorting)

1-For a start the Talmud was written on long stages, spanning over 1000 years and parts were written after Jesus birth, some 600 years after (All very easily verifiable). Do you think jewish rabbis will have kind words for someone whom they think is a fake moshiakh? Do you think they will have kind words for whom they consider apostates? 2-You can research Talmud burnings, it happened quite often, and not because Europeans were bigots, but because many converts exposed what they said about Christianity, when you do your research keep in mind Wikipedia is jewish and will always present the jew as a victim.
3-The things many jewish rabbis say are horrible and even they hide the exact words used in the Talmud, it cannot hide what's inside their hearts, you can also research how Christian priests are treated in israel. You know the useless meaningless disclaimers no one reads, the large volumes of law books and laws that are in practice nothing but a gold mine for those practicing it and are in the business of "justice"?
