I've even entertained the idea that there is some sort of "tell" that gives away which parts are entertainment and which parts are "news for spooks."

An easy way to explain the fractional reserve part in your example would be to have the borrower deposit the $100 back into the bank (which almost everybody does in some fashion, at least temporarily), and then the bank can loan out that $100 again. Explain how doing that is such a ridiculously potent "money multiplier" that there are rules governing what fraction of money is allowed to be loaned out compared to actual money.

This is enlightening. The antibody test is not a good indicator of immunity because the T-cells are more important, and that is a different test. Six months is just their ballpark figure. Not very scientific, but some individuals retains antibodies longer than others.

I did not first learn of Obama emulating black preachers from NPR. Early in his political career, some aspiring black politicians in Chicago were a part of the local black church scene. The seed here is that people are largely self-serving and need incentives to take the correct action. There is a physician in my life who talks exactly this way and I am certain she learned the technique at a conference or something.
It is important to note that she is not addressing people in the context of their personal health choices, but rather telling people how to spread the message. That is very different.
EDIT: It is even worse. What's she is actually saying is that people who have not gotten the jabs are acting in a self-serving way and we need "carrots" to dangle in front of them, and that depriving people of their right to travel is therefore reasonable.
