You don’t call engineers to be manufacturers- Engineers don’t work the assembly lines.
you call engineers when the chipsets, raw materials, and supply chains that you used 20 years ago are no longer available—

One of the things that appealed to me about the macrobiotic diet was that you always ate things that would be in season naturally— like no fruits in winter—but i’m wondering now, if someone did a modified macrobiotic with meat but went 100% carnivore during the winter, how that would be .
