To get a patent you need only pay patent fee and prepare papers according to standard. That's all. You don't need your "invention" be real at all. Patent absolutely does not mean that device described working as described, could be built or even implementable at all. Nobody in patent office cares if it exist or could be built. Only thing they care about is thar there is no such thing in previous patents and fee you paid and that's all.

So, it could be that both is true. In deep details easily could be that extraterrestrials (angels) created humans according to God's blueprints under his supervision.
