Energy costs what the government says it does. Example: Why have S.Koreans been paying $6+/gallon for over 30 years, when they pay the same Petrodollars to the same producers as "we" do?

I'll give it 6 months before some "MSM publication" presents it as 'fact'.

Is there anything that isn't "under assault by white supremacist" this year?

This old fart remembers the McCarthy era, when there was "a Red under every Bed". It looks like a 'modern Re-Branding' operation from my POV.

It's all a tax-grab. Holy Cannabis has been inducted into the "sin-tax" hall of fame, taking its place right next to ciggies, lotto and booze.

Stand by for "PSAs" highlighting the new 'contributions' from the Pot "Industry", they way they hype the Lotto's "support for education".

The IDF "honor roll" just keeps on growin'...

sniping:

  1. Girls
  2. Paraplegics
  3. Reporters
...isn't "combat", and those doing those deeds aren't "soldiers".

The "IDF" is a right-wing death squad; an internal suppression force on the School of the Americas model.

BWAHAHAHA! A Jewish Kuwait with wheat and Nazis: I'm sure the average Ukrainian will go along with that...

Starlink has been hyped forever to the RV and yacht crowds, and they're beating up Musk for not having it implemented already.

You'd think those demographics would want to strive for privacy when they "bug out", but it just goes to show that having money doesn't make you smart.

BECAUSE: If it does count, and the Fed raises rates, there'll only be one item on the 2023 federal budget; "Interest on the National Debt".

Here we go, kids:

  1. One-click immobilization and unpersonhood for 'troublemakers'.
  2. Automatic, un-avoidable taxation at every level of commerce.
  3. Universal tracking of location and spending, with easy expansion to highlight your associations and movements.
  4. "Hoarding" too much money in your savings? They'll just "bail it in" to the Treasury.

Most of humanity buys oil from the same producers and uses the same "Petro-Dollar" to buy it. GOVERNMENTS are why it's $2.60 in Texas and $4.37 in California (and $5.18 in S. Korea).

Exactly reversed in San Antonio. The "white flight" areas outside the city are attached to 150+ miles of "corridors to Mexico".

My "congressional representation history since 1994":

Yeah; I'll be back later: I'm off to the Auto-Parts store and a side trip to the wrecking yard, to stock up on spares for my 1999 and 2004 perfectly good cars.

I'm starting to understand the "crazy used car prices" lately.

Oh; goody:

  1. One-click immobilization or un-personhood of 'troublemakers'.
  2. Inescapable tracking of every transaction and movement.
  3. Un-avoidable exposure to "bank bail-ins". So much for your 'savings'...

...that'll feed data to compute your "Social-credit Score", determining whether you can:

  1. Travel
  2. Live in certain areas
  3. Use full-speed internet
  4. Attend training and education courses
  5. ¡Get matches on dating sites!...

This is just what your 'friendly' government has in store. I'm sure the hackers and con-men have some bonus features in the works.

The Capitol was:

  1. The scene of a shooting on the House floor in 1954.
  2. Bombed in 1971.
  3. Bombed in 1983.

How many products of the US "education system" even know about them? Were the "anniversaries" of those events even mentioned by the Mouthpiece Media, the year after they happened?

But you can bet, the "Charge of the selfie-stick Brigade" will be splashed forever on what passes for the National Conscience.

You've nailed it.

The whole population of places like r/coronavirus and r/HermanCainAward would sign up to snitch out "OMG!Hoarders!!"

Mark-O-the-Beast tracking methods would accompany a mantadory "digital currency", which would enable one-click 'un-personhood' for "troublemakers".

Bitcoin-bois will be reduced to schlepping their 'blockchain' between BarterTowns on USB sticks after the nationalization of the internet and the end of anonymity.

Don't hold your breath waiting for that 'mob'.

Revolutions require loss of support by the masses toward the established order. Even in the midst of this "emergency" the U.S. population just doesn't fit that definition, and won't until they literally have nothing to lose.

When 45% don't pay taxes and 70+% get .gov benefits you have to ask, "who from among those percentages is going to withdraw their support for the status quo, and what are the "rebel leaders" going to have to promise them, in order to get them to do it?"

The revolutionary and the guerrilla require Mao's "sea" of cooperative (or at least non-hostile) people to "swim" in. Nothing is more unlike that environment than the U.S.'s "see something, say something" population. Witness the support for the vaccine-tracking gestapo and "passports".

TL;DR: The masses of asses will remain inert until the Soylent Green - "Scoops" come for them.

Should the BLM/'Burn it Down' brigade ever succeed in destroying the US, it'll find out quickly that those "oppressive institutions" were all that supported "equality" to begin with.

"Equality" exists nowhere in nature; it's nothing but a civic religion that absolutely requires a civilization to imagine, establish and enforce it.

Those who are eager to dismantle the current order will find anything but 'equality' when they "win". The proposition that "equality" is 'good' won't make it any more durable in an uncivilized setting.
