I think this is a good idea and would be interested I would suggest you use a free tool for scheduling I would recommend https://whenavailable.com/ no account needed and lots of options… and before the first meeting decide on how long the sessions will be, creating an agenda that will decide the format of the sessions like a set timeline of what activities will be done and for how long, maybe voting or letting people submit topics so each meeting and future meeting has a specific purpose and unique experience/discussion known in advance. Those are just a few things I can think of off the top of my head that make things like this actually be successful and retain people that show up and come back again.
