In lieu of round tabling something interesting like UFO stuff or ai Data Center theories it seems we are going to discuss my moderation.

Understanding The Rules In This Community
⭐ If it pleases the Community, I would like to request this round table be shortened from the standard 3-4 weeks so we can get on to more exciting topics.
I think mods should not be seen or heard, just making sure that things that breaks the rules in an obvious way are moderated. I had a very popular sub on Reddit at one point and I made it clear that I created the rules but I didn’t moderate I had others do it so I could be actively involved with my members and not policing them at the same time. I don’t know if you are a good or bad mod but you do seem to talk a lot about yourself and insert yourself into conversations that were going smoothly in a confrontational way sometimes and then fall back to making it clear you have mod powers in some way.
I think there should be a separation between community managers/moderators and no overlap but that’s me.
I've been deeply involved for years before I was ever made mod, it's how I do things and I care for these people and, more often than not, see us as frens, if I changed my name people would still see me.
Forfeit your moderation privileges.
Other than that, you may debate and argue with the rest of us over conspiracies. I did not dislike you until you became a moderator.
Moderation is just not what you are good at. It doesn't mean you are a bad person. I probably would not make a good moderator either, for different reasons.
It'd be nice if you admitted you are a male and stop larping as female but no pressure.
