The training for underground and urban environments is not new. I assume that the cells in the background of the interview shot are related to the history of the facility. It appears that this was originally the Indiana Farm Colony for Feeble Minded Youth. I would assume that since it is really old, that the facilities had cells or they built them to replicate the urban environment.

I understand that a lot of federal agencies train there.

Every American should have to sign a form of acknowledgement that this is how it works before they get any vaccine. I think a large percentage of people would wake up.

He sure is paid a lot to do this. $417k per year as a “civil servant.”

Most of the “news” orgs only interview for one narrative at a time. Connecting and reconciling the narratives is just not possible because they don't make sense.

At this point, I think this is, at the very least, a realization of a new way to make money for the folks in on the deal. It doesn’t matter if this disease is deadly or these vaccines work, all that matters is who gets paid. Since these companies have no risk, this is a dream come true.

I think that because she is on the list it shows that since he is the one taking the most heat for the nursing home deaths, this is the way that the DOJ makes it all go away.

I just don't see any likelihood of a serious investigation or prosecution. If the DOJ opens that can of worms there is the distinct possibility that questions are raised about test accuracy during the discovery. What is the real breakdown of the folks who died that died from COVID, with COVID and from something else entirely but tested positive. That lawsuit could undermine the whole previous year of 15 days to slow the spread.

Bottom line, no one is going to be punished for any wrongdoing. And, their donors are raking in the dough so from their perspective everyone who counts, wins.

My guess is that The cop will walk due to the police policy of using that restraint. Cities will burn again this summer once the mistrial is announced. I assume one of the reasons the National Guard is still in DC is that the leadership know that it is coming and just need to weather the next round of violence.

Sorry- posted above. It is at 1hr 38 min into the video here. https://armedservices.house.gov/hearings?ID=FED6BC76-897D-4ED8-90E5-FAB967A55500 Like I stated above, congress is asking about it. The administration will decide how to reply but I bet they pass. The Bush Admin tried it with Anthrax and it went south and ended up in a lawsuit. I have no idea if the Biden Admin wants to do it but my understanding is that around half of service members are declining currently. I haven’t seen hard numbers though.

Not sure about the admin but some of the reps do. At 1hr 38min in on this hearing https://armedservices.house.gov/hearings?ID=FED6BC76-897D-4ED8-90E5-FAB967A55500 it is brought up. Will require legislation and probably won’t survive legal challenge.

During the house armed services committee hearing on Feb 17, one of the Reps asked if DoD needed legislation to enforce mandatory vaccination under EUA. DoD said they would get back to him. Same was true with Anthrax, the vaccine wasn’t approved for inhaled vaccine so the service members had to consent and it couldn’t be forced. There was a lawsuit on that one.

It is important to split out the cases that were rejected on standing versus a determination that the evidence was lacking. The Forbes article fails to split those out and leaves one with the impression that the evidence was reviewed in all those cases. I have yet to hear of a case where discovery proceeded at any meaningful level.

To the comment about the cases not being about fraud, unequal treatment is likely easily proven without discovery as it is plainly obvious in some cases. This is probably the one way to quickly get cases to be resolved but again, standing makes these tough in the current judicial environment. It was a strategy and one that seems to be well advised despite being a long shot.

Ultimately, like it or not, there is not going to be a true determination of fraud until we’ll after Biden is installed. Regardless, this is the model for stealing an election. Focus on key locations where the means is available and officials are amenable and then delay with standing arguments and obfuscation of facts.

Excellent work and a great reference have the state legislators explain why they are sitting on their hands.

They may be feeling the heat. I had a GOP guy come around looking for support for Perdue and Loeffler and I told him that I support recall of all the Republicans in Georgia if they didn’t support their own laws. Oh, and get off my lawn.
