Not sure about the admin but some of the reps do. At 1hr 38min in on this hearing https://armedservices.house.gov/hearings?ID=FED6BC76-897D-4ED8-90E5-FAB967A55500 it is brought up. Will require legislation and probably won’t survive legal challenge.
