Not that simple. The Fed was created by Congress via a bill into which a lot of people contributed, notably the Jekyll Island seven, with Paul Warburg leading the discussion (and more Gentiles than Jews). Gentile Edward House was also instrumental, even as I've spoken of his Jewish connections. The Warburgs were not family members to my knowledge but his father Moritz Warburg was an apprentice of the Rothschilds. It was clear that several banking interests were involved and the European establishments and American upstarts were negotiating their chairs, and most of them have Jewish money in part, but the cabal was and is for whatever players can afford the table. So fake acclamation is one more tool of the cabal, and their use of it extends to many other fields, and yet the whole self-patting system will collapse in Babylon in a day. Consciousness: As separately noted, God himself controls the mazzaroth constellations and deliberately set up an "Age of Aquarius" by allowing the vernal precession point to shift there over the next hundreds of years. Nothing to do with worldly aspirations and twists of that goal. God's goal is to reveal a new millennial reign over the course of the seventh millennium, which is safely regarded as having begun (though it's not necessarily identical with the Messianic reign millennium). Therefore consciousness and awakening will arise and miracles and wonders will happen, and all should beware that they are not taken in by untruths just because miracles claim different truth bases. As Asimov hinted, it's highly pixelated (granular) so its visibility quality is excessively hard to resolve accurately. Men look like trees, the earth looks like a ball without indicating even the Great Wall. The methods of perfect focus are not well-understood and scientific variation of parameters has yielded only inconclusive (statistical) results. That's why the military is skittish to reveal anything, because the laws of image transfer in extra dimensions aren't cut and dried for them and disclosure is left to other offices. So there have been notable successes in its use (teen Obama knew with high certainty he'd become "president"), but as I've noted the enemy prefers to use it to use seen events for redirection from God's purpose. People who follow God's purpose will patiently await time-travel power at his proper time as a father's specially timed gift.

Matrix is a good meme for saying that a "deja vu" or glitch represents a programmer attempt to reset that is evidenced by discontinuities; note though that the "programmers" are just hapless drudges like anyone who are not the true Architect (however ignore the Matrix Architect caricature as a very misguided bio, just another echelon of gnostic programmer). So Mandela is real and can often be traced, but it takes piercing a human or organizational veil.
