Information stands on it's own. There is no such thing as a trusted source. Honest people can lie, or be mistaken; liars can also tell the truth.
Truth by itself doesn't actually imply anything. Just because something is true doesn't mean that it is useful to you. The statement "people are dying" is 100% true, but without context it's meaningless.
Sometimes things are factually incorrect, but metaphorically true. This metaphorical truth could be useful to some, and not to others.

The HH was very well read in esoteria. I'm not concerned about the identity or truthfulness of who HH is because "trusted source" is a logical fallacy in action.
It doesn't really matter if you believe these things are true, what is important is understanding that there are powerful people who do believe the things HH talks about.

FWIW: I've recommended many people read the HH post since 2008. It really ties the room together in the house of Conspiracies. At the very least, I think everyone should read it because it can act as sort of a Rosetta stone for conspiracy 'communities'

The websites being down is quite literally Anonymous though. Thousands of people around the world are ddos'n russian and belarusian services. The initial list of addresses to target was given out directly from Ukraine cyber defense.
They could also be testing to see what the civilian sector is capable of during a cyber war.
