I changed my reasoning friend. Iq tests clearly show ashkenashi Jews who have the the greatest access to education while having the highest iq in Israel. The Israeli iq is only brought down by Sephardic and Arabs who are often treated as 2nd class citizens.

Of course a civilization that's not as educated would have a lower iq. Civilizations adapt and as they become more developed, they will become smarter. No civilization has been at the top just because they are permanently genetically better than others, they just had providence on there side to make more advancements and therefore raise their iq.

I'm very sorry, I misquoted the passage, it was Matthew 21:31-45. In the parable he says that the Kingdom of God would be taken away from the Jews and given to the gentiles after they had killed him. This of course did happen with the spread of Christianity.
God doesn't care about earthly Jerusalem, laws, or ethnicity anymore. The inheritance is now heavenly Jerusalem which belongs to Christians or the actual "children of promise".
