simpler theory. it makes it easier to monitor brain waves from a distance. brain waves are unique. unique things can be hashed and assigned IDs.

Not convinced it's a depopulation agent. Think it's for tracking. Believe it enables unique identification of brain waves at a distance. Will be used to make CBDC completely unavoidable and integrate every daily activity with carbon credits.
