The most effective non-violent way to quasi-neutralize these vehicles and on-foot goons and break their resolve is with:

• paint filled water balloons - hinders the outward visibility of the vehicles and foot soldiers through their riot shields and face shields.

• oil filled water balloons - at the goons and the vehicles. hinders the sightlines of the vehicles and the goons through their clear riot shields and face shields. Also makes goons footing slippery and makes them unable to hold on to their beating sticks effectively.

• dish soap filled water balloons - same as oil filled balloons as above.

good point, i would like to think at some point there will be a critical mass of free thinkers and those who oppose communism who will do something.
