AIDS is a clinical diagnosis of a chronic dysfunction of immune system. Most people know HIV can cause it but not as many know that hepatitis and leukemia can too. Essentially anything that causes chronic disruption of regulation of immune response, especially when inflammatory, seems it can cause this to develop. A bit like how eating different things can cause diabetes. So, the vax appears to be a source of such chronic agitation.

Okay sure it's not a controlled environment but you must also consider the under reporting present within a system such as this. This has been estimated at 20-100x what's stated. The best estimate I've seen is 41x.
Edit: adding this- even controlled environments have issues with representativeness. For example, can a 1000 person sample actually detect issues that occur with 5-10 bps?

Which is why rule of law errors on the side of defending the guilty. It's not ideal but perpetuating the slaying of the innocent is even more abhorrent imo. FWIW- homelessness seems to breed exploitation and is an accessible way that the average person can make a difference.

The problem with vigilantism isn't so much the monopoly on force nor the morality but rather the ability to discern reality. Especially in cases as incredulous as this if there is no compelled discovery, then what do we use to ground the truth?
