We are to assume that the very short exchange in the video clip is centred upon the display of the St George’s Cross but that seems unlikely given that the policeman was issuing a warning. Far more likely that the people being confronted by the police were saying or chanting something near the knuckle - not that that in itself is enough for the police to come and insert themselves but I think the article is most likely propagandistic
